DON'T GO HERE. There are a ton of dispensaries in Denver and this place is not worth it. The prices are 25% more than Native Roots a mile down the road and the people working here are unknowledgeable and dishonest. I was there last week, specifically to buy Ripple. While I was there I asked if there were any specials and the woman who "helped" me said "No, unfortuantely we don't have any specials." Three days later I brought a friend in from out of town and the Ripple was 50% off. I asked how long that sale had been going on and the bug-eyed stoned girl who was "helping" us said "yeah, it's been going on for weeks." So the woman who "helped" me three days before lied, exactly what I bought was 50% off but she didn't give me the discount. Are you the owner? The selection, price, and quality here is disappointing. They had a great brand and reputation coming out of the medical marijuana and early rec days and have just been riding that for years now. They only sell prepackaged flower so you have to buy by the eighth and can't see or smell what you are buying. It is typically dry as a bone and they have fewer options than most other stores. The service isn't very friendly or helpful, they seem put off by having to deal with customers. I come here once a year out of convenience and am them reminded why I go out of the neighborhood to other, much better options. read more

I have been a medical patient at the clinic for a little over a year now and recreational shopper for 2 years before that. I love this shop. No other place has made me feel more welcomed and accommodated than The Clinic Highlands. They have GREAT prices on medical edibles and a nice selection to choose from. They also have good daily deals and a points system for med members. The flower is a bit more pricey than you will find at a cheap ounce shop but it's much more worth it grown by professionals; never had a bad batch of bud. Oh and the staff, oh boy they are truly some of the best people around. The management runs a tight ship and it shows. All in all, if you haven't been to The Clinic recently I'd definitely suggest checking them out! read more

The front desk gentleman was so rude to my boyfriend that I ended up walking out. Yes my boyfriend didn't have his ID on him, but the way he was told to leave was so unprofessional. I realize it's the marijuana industry, but some shred of professionalism would be nice. Bud tender Melissa was clearly stoned off her ass. She was really rude when I asked for information about some products. I'm new to cannabis and thought my questions were not out of the ordinary. I would have bought more there if I didn't feel like I was some how imposing. Ended up going to another shop up the street for what I need. If you're new to town, don't go to this place. You can find enthusiasts bud tenders in most Denver shops, just not here. Most other, more professional, dispensaries seem to keep the smoking till after work. read more

I have been going to the Clinic in the Highlands for several years now and the staff has always been great and super friendly. I'm part of their rewards program and they have some great deals so I figured I had found my spot for life. However, when I went today to shop there was a new girl working the front desk. I am kicking myself for not getting her name because she was incredibly rude and then told me I could on not show my med card on my phone. Again, I have been shopping here for years and have never had a single issues. She told me she wasn't about to bend the rules for me even though I didn't ask her to, I was simply confused because I shop almost weekly and I have done the same process for years. I asked to talk to the manager and she said she was the manager so things must have changed there because I have never seen her before. Unfortunately they have lost a very loyal customer that spends a lot of money at their establishment. read more

I stopped here with my boyfriend on our trip to Colorado. We love this place! The building is cute and vintage. Our budtender was super friendly and very patient as we asked a ton of questions since it was our first time in a dispensary. She showed us a bunch of stuff and was very informative. She even gave us a birthday joint since it was my birthday! This place was great and didn't make us feel rushed and wasn't at all like some of the other big name dispensaries. Very rude, smug and racist staff. They treat you like you're annoying them for shopping there. The entire staff is very judgmental and unwilling to provide friendly customer service. The sales process is deceiving and misleading, you cant see the product before you buy it, and there are no returns allowed. I was disappointed in the quality very much. I would not go there again. Without a doubt the best dispensary I visited while I was in CO. And I went to A LOT. The Clinic is small, but it carries EVERYTHING. Excellent selection of flower, but their line of CBD products was incredible. No one in Denver does it like The Clinic. They are truly about the medicinal side of cannabis as well, offering products such as salves, CBD pills, pain patches, protein shakes (YES! Never seen these before! AWESOME!) and a ton of other items to help manage and heal one's pain. THIS is what a "one stop shop dispensary" should be like. They carry all of your fun stuff, but also the medicine as well. Their staff is highly educated, prices are definitely reasonable, AND they accept credit cards! LOVE IT! I can't thank The Clinic Highlands enough; you guys are the best! read more

Been going to this dispensary for awhile now. The staff are very friendly, the prices are just right, and the strains are typically pretty unbelievable-both in terms of potency and smell/appearance. The location is also pretty remarkable, gorgeous old Victorian house. I highly recommend this place. The Clinic has a lot of locations, but this one is the one for me. The parking is terrible. They are frequently out of concentrates. The staff was rude and extremely pushy. They nickel and dime you on everything including bags to even leave the place. There are much better dispensaries in the area. read more

Besides terrible parking which is to be expected in highlands square, my first impression was this place seems nice, and the staff was nice. I went to the counter and checked out the products and saw that the place is way over priced compared other dispensary's in the neighborhood. I looked at a few sativa strains, and overall I wasn't impressed enough to pay 40 bucks for an eighth. I went with a pre roll cone, it cost me 10 bucks. I probably wont be back. read more

I recently had surgery so I went in looking for some CBD products for pain management. Also my mom was with me, for her first dispensary experience ever. Our budtender, Matt, was super helpful and polite. He showed us a range of products, fully explained everything and answered all of our questions. My mom who was originally intimidated and skeptical, thought the whole experience was very professional and was amazed by the selection. Having been to a few different dispensaries around Denver, the clinic will definitely go down as one of my favorites.
