The lumber was delivered on the expected date of the 19th, and the delivery persons dropped it in the driveway. Tara had told my husband they would help us take it where we wanted. My husband moved all the supplies by himself to the back yard. Tara said she would check on that and never got back with us. The sliding door got an updated delivery date of June 8th. We were going to be finished by the room on May 30th and called them on the 22nd to cancel the door. They wouldn't cancel the order or work with us to restock it and charge a restocking fee. When we looked at the website it said there was a 30-day return policy. Tara said it was a special order and didn't qualify. So... we have a 72''x80'' door being delivered (we need 2 people there to help them) to our son's house sometime after the 8th - not sure exactly when. If you need one for an upcoming project, check Facebook. We'll be trying to offload it.

When I called the main office to talk to someone about it they asked me what they could help me with then when I started talking she rudely said I have 4 people in front of you you need to hold. Obviously something shady is going on in this company and I will be taking my business elsewhere. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Purposely went to them because they are close to my house but now supposedly according to Mike it's $1,000 more for my area, so if I lived further away it would be less? No thanks.
