The instructions r written in pictures. May as well have written them in a foreign language I called Scott as I saw he has done quite a bit of work with assembling ikea furniture. I had family coming on a Saturday & I called Scott I think on a Wednesday night. He answered immediately & said he would call back with his availability. Not too long after, he called & came out on the Friday morning! He put my sofa together in less time than it took for me to organize a drawer. He then hung up several photos (fixed the frame of one of them for me), mounted an ikea trash can to my bathroom wall & he took out all the boxes to my dumpster. He was kind, professional & a pleasure to have. Always refreshing to find someone who does what they say & more! He is affordable (not cheap but not expensive) & does the job right & well THE FIRST TIME! Thank u, Scott! The sofa looks better than the one in IKEA's showroom. The simple project we hired them to do turned into a total disaster…read more The project that should have taken 3 days took 6 weeks to complete and event then was horrible quality. Then they invoiced us for more than twice the cost of the original estimate even after they "took off" some charge for delay and poor communication When we had them out to for an estimate and spoke about the jobs and it was clear that we saw there could need to be additional work added to complete the job correctly once we got started, which should have been included in the estimate. Instead they added more charges later with no explanation. Also On the estimate they simply wrote "materials not included" and never discussed possible costs an then the the cost of materials was 2/3 more than the estimate for the actual work. This is completely duping customers with what their final cost will be! Customers understand there is a cost for materials, which they could include at least a rough number in the original estimate, but if material costs will be almost as much as the work they should include this in their estimate. This is a sneaky, dishonest business practice. Along with the high cost of our materials, we had to pay for every person that came to replace the previous person that did a terrible job. The first person tried to complete the job as a total amateur and ruined what they were meant to improve. Then 3 other workers tried unsuccessfully to complete the job and wasted time and materials to do a horrible, poor quality job, which then had to be corrected by consecutive workers. Finally after 6 weeks the job was completed by a single person in 2 days. Even after all these weeks and people we still have one thing that was working before they arrived and when they finished the left it completely unusable and we have to hire another company to fix what they ruined. By the end when we received the invoice we filed a complaint and they took off a nominal amount but never reconciled the horrible work, time, or inflated charged. If I could give negative stars I would! Do not hire this company!

Not only was he extremely experienced and efficient with the installation of this particular system, he charged us approximately $350 less than it would have cost us to go through one of the retailer's contractors. We are now able to realize much more usable space than before. Next job already scheduled for the hanging of a new barn door for the walk-in closet! With a new bike on the way, I found it was going to be quite a challenge storing it in our relatively small garage. I barely had enough room to squeeze the car in with just one bike, so purchased a ceiling hanging system. After the system arrived, I hired Wade Services to do the job. Upon arrival, he suggested an alternative solution that would allow for easier access to the bike. I went with his idea and was quite pleased with the results. Where there was once clutter and barely enough room for one bike, I now am able now able to fit two bikes (old bike pictured - new one will be placed where the tires are), store my ladders and camping tables, and still effortlessly park my full-sized SUV. He also offered other improvement ideas, which I will have installed at a later date. He also suggested new layout ideas for two of our closets. We also plan to have him install those as well! I could not have been happier with the team that showed up. Early, very courteous and got it done when I could not. Would I recommend them, oh you know it! After doing a little a little research and watching a few DIY videos, I felt fairly confident that I could install the fans myself, despite having proved time and again to be inept when it comes to home improvement projects. So I ran to Home Depot, grabbed a few tools that I needed and got started taking out the existing light fixture in my son's room. That is when things veered away from standard directions. While I could have powered through using my intuition and my natural male stubbornness, I decided to just say "F@!k it!" and find someone who had a better idea of what they were doing. I initially called Home Depot, since they advertise that they offer installation services next to its ceiling fan displays. However, they simply referred me to a "trusted" electrician that never bothered calling me back. I stumbled upon Denver Assembly on craigslist while trying to find a landscaper. They claim to put anything together that is sold in a box, whether it is Ikea furniture, play equipment, or tv mounts. I contacted them to see if they could mount some ceiling fans and sure enough, they had that covered also. The owner, Emil, gave me a very reasonable quote on the phone based on the project description - and the cost came in right at that quote. Emil came to the house on time with everything he needed to get the job done and we got our fans installed without breaking a sweat. That to me sounds like a sweet deal.
