Twice my tires were running low on air due to the radical temperature changes. Not only does One Parking have a portable air pump, but Chad the manager in-charge offered to pump my tires for me. During a service call on my car, I had a loaner vehicle for a few days. I was a bit worried about being able to get in and out of garage. Again I just send an email and within minutes, Chad had granted me access to leave without issue. One Parking may not be the cheapest option --- but they are definitely the best. You get what you pay for.

When exiting, there was no kiosk, no QR code, no phone number, and no payment instructions whatsoever. The only sign stated "pay by phone," yet no phone number or QR code was provided. There was also no attendant or staff member available for assistance. I called the phone numbers listed on the website multiple times--one number was disconnected, and the other went directly to a towing company. At that point, my only option was to leave and wait for a ticket to arrive in the mail, which I knew would happen. That is completely unacceptable. This garage is clearly designed to trap drivers who reasonably assume payment will be straightforward, when in reality there is no way to pay at all. After receiving the ticket, I called the number provided and was placed in a 20-person queue, where it was obvious everyone was calling for the same issue. When I finally spoke with a representative to dispute the charge, I was told, "If there were no directions on how to pay, then why did you stay?" That response alone shows how fundamentally broken and predatory this operation is. This is not user error -- it is a deceptive system designed to penalize drivers with no clear method of compliance.

Someone also had summery clothes laid out for people to take as needed. Made me smile. We passed a cool play structure for small kids in the shape of a honeycomb/hive, with chairs on the side for parents to rest and watch. The efforts of Denver to revitalize their downtown appear to be paying off. I would hang out there more if we lived nearby (between heading out to Golden or the Red Rocks Amphitheater;)). There were arched windows, beautiful lighting, and everything was just so bright due to the two. Inside there was a variety of places to eat. There were restaurants, a bar, and a coffee shop from what I had seen. I came early in the morning, so only the coffee shop was open. At the Union Station, you can catch a ride on the Amtrak or catch Denver's bus or rail. I thought the system was very nice and orderly.

What more can you ask for in an outdoor shopping mall. At 3 floors this place has a variety of options for everyone. Unfortunately it is also plagued by the homeless who stay closer towards 16th street. I did see some in the hot topic when I was there. Overall it is nice venue. I highly recommend checking it out if you're in the downtown Denver area.
