When you arrive a shuttle follows you to your spot and helps you unload your bags. When you come back it's easy enough to find your shuttle pickup spot at the airport and I only waited about 5 minutes until the next one showed up. The parking itself seemed the safest option. I left my car there for 13 days in outside parking and absolutely no problems. Definitely recommend if you are long term parking in Denver! read more

Very nice facility, clean shuttles, and friendly drivers. I park indoors, and it is true indoor (inside a secure building), but there's outdoor and valet options too. The lobby is very nice and clean with free snacks and drinks. They have improved their drop off times, so you dont have to wait as long. Still should figure about 20 minutes to get to the airport. read more

We've used Fine multiple times - winter, summer, and fall. They are overall GREAT! The shuttles could use new shocks but they would probably feel old after a day off driving back and forth on the roads they have to go on... we have had to wait a bit in the winter for pickups but they're pretty responsive when we call. I have a friend who had their truck stolen from the on-site DIA garage parking, and we've never had a concern with any of that at Fine. (When I asked that friend why he doesn't park at Fine, he stated the wait for the shuttle was a deterrent, but I'll take that over not knowing if our vehicle will be there when we get back any day!) We've never taken advantage of the detailing service or anything, but we will happily continue to use their service - bumpy rides and all! read more

Everything went super smooth. I like that my parking spot was reserved ahead of time so there's no mystery whether the lot is going to be full or not. It also doesn't matter where you park, because the shuttle was right there next to our car before we we even had time to unload our luggage, which was extra nice because it was raining when we got there. So, there is no need to find a shuttle station or remember where you parked because the shuttle picks you up from your car and the driver gives you a card with your parking spot. There are also options for covered parking or valet, which I didn't use (they are extra charge). On the shuttle, there is a convenient way to tip the driver using a qr code. There is a little glitch in the app though - this was my first reservation so at the end of the process I was asked if I wanted to create an account, which I did, but then the reservation didn't get assigned to my new account, which created some issues trying to get out of the parking lot, but nothing major. I hope the next reservation will be smoother using the account. read more

I park here 10 days a month and just realized they are charging me more than the 3rd party apps even though I downloaded their app for "perks".. That's after a supposed AAA discount with them too. They haven't had as many shuttles running lately. And they just increased their prices. They also charge a full day for any time over the 24hr mark, even if you leave early in the morning and they have the spot for the rest of the day. I've had issues with their app working properly as well. I'll be researching somewhere else to park now. read more

My wife and I have been using FINE Airport Parking for all of our trips over the past year and a half or so. At first, we really enjoyed the service. The shuttles in both directions ran frequently, we liked being able to grab a few snacks from their lobby, and the valet service was prompt and stellar. As far as I can tell, all of those things are still true. So why the one-star review? Unsafe driving. I don't mean like a little bit aggressive, we're talking straight up objectively hazardous driving by at least one of the shuttle drivers. We returned to DIA from a trip to Hawaii around 6:30 am in morning on July 31st. It was an overnight flight and nobody in my family got much sleep. As we approached the pickup spot outside Terminal West, a shuttle was just arriving, which was perfect! We loaded our stuff, got in, and everything seemed fine. However, the shuttle driver then proceeded to engage in the absolute worst driving I've ever experienced, and I've taken cabs in Manhattan, Boston, Rome, Paris, and London! He was driving extremely fast on Pena Blvd, riding ride up to the bumper of other cars, and aggressively switching lanes and cutting off other drivers. I'm definitely a pretty safe driver though my wife is much more aggressive than I am. She doesn't scare easily, but this trip back to the facility absolutely terrified her. In addition, the shuttle driver also drove over bumps in the road at such a high speed that we were launched into the air every time he drove over one. We were in the back and I noticed that the rear windshield appeared to be attached with duct tape (which wasn't holding much anyways) and there was water dripping from the ceiling. Later that evening after we got some rest, I sent an email to FINE Airport Parking to inform them about my experience. I told them that while we had been loyal customers and loved everything else about their service, the extremely unsafe driving was a dealbreaker for me. Well it's been nearly two weeks and so far, radio silence from them. I know that people can be particular, but nobody should have to risk an accident and injury (or worse) when taking a shuttle to an airport lot. Regardless of other amenities offered, if you don't have safe shuttle drivers then nothing else matters. It's not only a hazard to the paying FINE customers, this driver was a danger to every car he shared the road with. When I combine my experience with this driver with the news that a FINE Airport Parking shuttle was involved in an accident on June 17, 2025 and the fact that nobody from the FINE staff even attempted to reply to my email, I'm left to conclude that for at least the time being, we'll have to find another solution for parking at the airport. It's a shame because we really liked so much about their service, but no amount of bells and whistles will be more important than getting to our destination safely. Perhaps management at this location will take this matter seriously after another accident should somebody file a lawsuit. Used to really like parking here as a crew member the service was always great. Last Saturday I had a horrible and scary situation happen with one of the drivers. I was getting picked up at the airport, when I tried boarding the shuttle the driver very aggressively said "I can't let you board until you prove to me with some paperwork you are parked at Fine" I was thinking he was playing around like some of the other drivers do, which is always funny. But then I said I don't have any paperwork so I stepped into the shuttle and took a seat. He proceeded to question me in front of all other passengers about not having any proof of parking at Fine, he became very challenging, I showed him since I was on Civilian clothes, my crew badge since they know we as crew have subscriptions with them. He said "that means nothing to me" followed by "you need to give me paperwork before we continue." I realized he was profiling me as a hispanic person with a thick accent (not born in the US), to which I got annoyed and said to him loud and clear "I have a subscription with Fine and my car is there there! I don't understand what is going on!" He realized he messed up because he turned around and started driving. On the way back to Fine, I thought "Ill give him a chance, Ill let him apologize and move on" Well, once we got to fine I slowly got up and headed to the front of the shuttle to get off. Well he pretended not to see me and leave the doors locked trapping me inside the shuttle with him. At that point I got very nervous and scared because I did not know what was about to happen. He opened his door later on and then after what it felt like an eternity he decided to open the door and let me off. I asked him what was his name, he ignored me, I walked by him closer thinking he didn't hear my question, he looked at me in the eyes and ignored me. I have reported him to his supervisor, which said they will review footage from the shuttles and contact me back to talk about the incident. I am still waiting. I would 100% avoid this parking garage, that was an extremely scary experience that should've not happened. read more

Fine became our go-to for airport parking after bus service became limited and unreliable during the pandemic. We have always chosen the indoor parking option, so this review is for that choice. We've parked with Fine multiple times at this point and they've been a reasonably priced, secure option. Their shuttle service to and from the airport has been reliable and they have a nice lounge with free coffee, popcorn, and roses (a nice touch). It's nice to come back to a snow-free car and knowing that someone is keeping an eye on our vehicle makes us feel better about leaving it near the airport. Recommended. read more

Low frequency of shuttles causing full capacity, often leaving passengers behind to wait an even more unacceptable time. One of the worst ran organizations in history. The problem is that the other parking options are as bad or worse. Constantly short staffed on drivers. Even when they have drivers often they are sitting while you are waiting for a ride. I've had to uber from the airport to the parking garage numerous times because they cannot handle the volume of passengers waiting for a ride. When you talk to staff inside they are often rude. We thought we would try a different airport parking when we last waited for an airport shuttle of over 40 mins to our last one. So we tried Fine Airport. Pros: *Consistent airport shuttles (We just missed the shuttle coming out of baggage claim and within 7 mins another one came). *Online reservations were quick and easy. *They give you a rose on pick up, which was cute, I'm guessing to give to your hubba hubba at home. Cons: *Double billing. This is the reason for the one star. Doesn't matter what the PROS are if you are billing me twice. They charged me when we made the online reservations and they charged our card again when we left the facility. I've tried emailing their rose@ email that is listed on the reservation (TWICE!) and have yet to hear about our refund (it's been two weeks). If they ever get back to us with the refund, we'll update our review. But if you're going to bill us twice for a 10 day parking fee and then completely ignore our customer service emails to right the wrong, I DEFINITELY DO NOT recommend this place. read more

Nothing but lip service. We have been using fine for years. Travel every other week and valet park. The last two months have been an absolute joke. We wait 20-30 minutes at Fine to get picked up and have waited up to 50 minutes at the terminal. Everyone including the managers just shrug it off. It's an easy fix. I've only been parking my car here when needed since moving to the Denver area. Have mostly used either indoor self parking or valet. I feel the lot is very secure and well maintained. However, I feel like the rates have become much higher since I began using this facility. This past reservation, I feel like I've paid the most than I have previously. And sometimes, the shuttle can be hit or miss. On the ticket, they advertise 7-10 minute circulation. But often times, I noticed it takes a little longer. I more than likely will consider parking here again. But I do hope the rates come down eventually. Otherwise, I may have to reconsider where I park. read more

Driver dropped us off at the right location and assisted with our bags. Upon return shuttle was already waiting for people. We got on and were taken back very quickly. Plenty of covered parking, and it's inside an actual building, fully covered, not a carport. You do need to walk to the main entrance from where you're parked to get on the shuttle bus, could be a minor inconvenience if you have lots of luggage. Shuttle arrived within 5 minutes. On the return flight, the shuttle was already parked in the pick up area, could have been lucky timing. He did have to leave a few folks behind as the shuttle was full, but I managed to squeeze in. We have been using FINE for a few years and they have steadily gone down hill. Rates have gone up way too high, every time we leave can never get a receipt (4 times in a row), "Oh the machine must be out of paper" is the excuse every time....shuttles are old and feel like you are riding in a covered wagon the ride is so rough....seems like you wait forever for shuttles...to arrive for the return and most times there are more people waiting than seats. Customer service is often rude, a sad fact almost everywhere but why should I pay premium prices to put up with it? read more

I don't want to let out a good secret but this is the best parking garage by the Denver airport! They always have great deals online and it doesn't cost much more to park your car indoors which is especially helpful whenever we get those fun Colorado hail storms. I would be so mad if I came back to a dented up car just because I didn't want to pay a little bit extra for covered parking. The way my husband and I look at it is it costs us more to Uber to and from the airport than it does to just park our car and have it ready for us when we get off the airplane. The van service is very efficient, we have never waited very long at all for a van to pick us up at our car to take us to the airport and same coming back. We found FINE parking when it first opened, and few knew about it; since then we have never been disappointed. Shuttle service is reliable and drivers are helpful and friendly. This last trip we found ourselves with vehicle trouble when we returned at 1:30 AM. (After a long day and many flight delays). FINE staff turned what could have been a terrible experience into a positive one. They were quick to assist how ever they could (even bringing a battery jump box to help evaluate the concern). Staff person, Champion - which her name fits perfectly - reassured us through the trouble, and even offered for us to stay in the warm lobby while they tried to help. I had previously used ParkDIA for my airport parking in Denver. You can see my horrible review for them and why I chose to move on from that lot. Since then, I have been using Fine and have had no issues at all. I book in advance and it is a reasonable price. Both departing and arriving there has been a shuttle. Shuttle drivers are kind and helpful. One time, I even had an issue with my car key bending and staff at the lot assisted me with getting it straightened and working. I'd say the one thing to definitely do is reserve your spot. One time I arrived and the lot was full. I didn't have time to go searching for another lot. So, I ended up valeting my car. That was way pricier of course, but hey, they left me a rose on my passenger seat so I could feel like I was on The Bachelor. Ultimately, I've had nothing but positive experiences with Fine since using them for 2-3 years now (whenever I gave up on ParkDIA). Cannot explain why they only have a 3-star rating here or other people's negative experiences. I don't give out 5 Star reviews often, but from my recent experience I can honestly say it was deserving. Let me preface this review by saying that my departure and arrival flights were both purposely scheduled outside of busy times so I wouldn't have to deal with all the lines and stress of the airport during spring break craziness! This really helped! BOOKING: I booked a 10 day, outdoor parking reservation 8 hours before my departure. I booked and prepaid via the website which was very easy and straight forward. They sent a confirmation email which includes a QR code that you'll scan once you get to the gate to actually enter. **WARNING** when you book a reservation I highly advise booking an extra 4-6hrs on the "end date" to give yourself a little wiggle room just in case your returning flight gets delayed so you won't be charged for staying past your end time. I booked a few extra hours and sure enough...my returning flight got delayed but I still managed to pickup my car before time ran out. When I left the gate and scanned my QR Code I was immediately refunded the extra hours I payed for that I did not use! DEPARTURE: My flight was scheduled to depart DIA at 5:30am on a Wednesday. I arrived at Fine Airport Parking at 2:00am with a line of about 5 empty shuttles waiting. As soon as I pulled into the lot searching for parking, a shuttle immediately started following me until I found a parking spot, which I thought was really cool! Once I boarded the shuttle the friendly driver gave me a card which listed the location of my car. This card is important. You'll need it to give to the shuttle driver when you return so you can find your car. Anyway, since it was only me that was there we immediately left for the airport which was I believe a 10min ride or so. ARRIVAL: I returned from my trip on Saturday at 2:30am. I read the instructions on the card that the driver had given me when I departed, which had my vehicle location on it. This card also provides a dispatch contact number to call once you arrive at baggage claim. After calling dispatch they informed me a shuttle was on the way and I waited maybe 10mins for it, which I and another passage took. Once onboard the driver waited another 10mins or so in case anybody else would come, but no one did so we took off for the short ride back to Fine Airport Parking lot. When we arrived back at Fine Airport Parking lot the driver dropped both myself and the other passenger off right next to our vehicles which was awesome because it was a bit chilly that night and I was exhausted! OVERALL: My overall experience using Fine Airport Parking was easy, and very much stress free. This was my first time using this company and my first time parking at an airport parking lot. I've read many horrible reviews and horror stories regarding just about every parking lot company (including this one). However, I can honestly say I had a great experience and will be using Fine Airport Parking again. I will say though, that having my departure at 5:30am and my arrival at 2:30am probably also helped in not dealing with a lot the stress other reviews have experienced due to so few people being at the airport during that time, thus there being more shuttle availability. read more

We arrived at 4am and due to construction on the main road, made it a bit hard to find, but once we saw it we were good to go. Nice new looking facility, clearly marked spaces and secure. As we parked our car the shuttle was following right behind us, got us loaded in a minute and we were off to our flight. Shuttles were nicer than most, spacious and the driver was helpful and polite as well as understandable when he spoke. (No problem with accents, just a reality that it's hard to understand drivers sometimes) Price was great and we were at the airport in 5 minutes. Will definitely use again! read more

We park here every trip now. Fantastic prices compared to the airport. Your car is parked indoors, not outside exposed to hail and other elements. They read your license plate as you enter so the shuttle is at your car as soon as you get out, so this is basically the same time as it takes to walk from the economy lot. read more
