We purchased a brand new, and very expensive king size Aireloom mattress from Denver Mattress. When all was said, done, signed, and sealed, we paid over $6,000.00! Delivery day came. They delivered it, and I was shocked to see a huge black streak of dirt all along the edge and bottom of the mattress. When I brought it to the attention of the delivery person, he said that it was a warehouse CLEARANCE MATTRESS! He showed me the ledger where it clearly stated this. I spoke to the manager, Dan, and he was trying to shuck and jive me that HE HAD NO IDEA IT WAS A USED PIECE OF JUNK MATTRESS! He clearly did know because when I was purchasing the mattress, Dan offered to sell me a used in-stock Aireloom mattress. I politely declined. Really!? Who wants to buy a used freakin' mattress? Well, Dan did try to pull a fast one by trying to slip me a revolting, disgusting USED mattress! Gross! I demanded that he order me a brand new mattress. I also demanded that he give me his supervisor's contact information. He did, but I never called him because I know their corporate office will not do anything to help. My replacement was ordered, and two weeks later, they did deliver it. Believe me, I was with those two delivery men the ENTIRE time because as a consumer, I do NOT trust Denver Mattress! I'm posting this so that consumers can BEWARE! I have posted photos of the disgusting, filthy mattress so that consumers may see for themselves! When they deliver your mattress, furniture, washing machine, etc. DON'T trust that you are getting a brand new item. Check it carefully, and do not sign anything until you are fully satisfied. They all get paid the same whether they leave you with a brand new item or a used piece of junk! Buyer ALWAYS beware. Forewarned is forewarmed! They never called to deliver my mattress. When I purchased it, the salesman said it would take 1-3 weeks and that they'd call to set up delivery once it arrived at their store. 3 weeks after purchasing, I called to see what was going on, and they said "oh yeah, we've had it here" with zero apologies or attempts to make it right. Very disappointing service. Their prices for the purple & casper mattresses are also MUCH higher than other places. read more

Terrible customer service and product warranty. Bought King size adjustable frame from Denver Mattress...computer control module gave out on each side several times. Waited for manufacture to send replacement control modules...discontinued model...customer service gives name of Regional Manager - "Justin Roman" and direct phone number 303-566-8113 but Denver Mattress voicemail system can't locate that INVALID extension & name. I tried dealing with local managers, but bottom line is that adjustable frame is still not working after months of calls & complaints. My husband and I went to look for a new mattress here. We were greeted by a gentleman (don't want to say any names) Everything was going great. He showed us a bunch of beds. We fell in love with this one specific bed. It was awesome because they had a lot of cool functions, including a massage option. (which I was very excited for) he even mentioned that the bed had a Bluetooth option to play music from. So we told him we wanted that EXACT bed. We had to wait for a three week delivery which kind of sucked. But our bed finally comes in & My husband sets it up and we're laying down enjoying it. I then noticed our bed did not come with a vibrating function like the one we saw at the store. I go in to the store the next day and that's when I met a man named Matthew who works there. That's when I found out that our salesman did not sell us the bed we wanted. He sold us the cheaper base model. The one he showed us (the we we wanted & thought we were getting) was actually 800 dollars more expensive. Our salesman did not care to tell us which base we were getting. Did not care to tell us that the bed we thought we were getting wasn't the one we wanted. We were on a budget but still. I would of rather him tell us that the bed we wanted was a little more than we wanted to spend rather than selling us a bed that had similar features (incline for head and feet) not the massage or the Bluetooth. If anything we would of put more money down to get the bed we wanted. Matthew was very helpful in explaining what happened and was very willing to help me out in anyway. So honestly if you go here to get a bed just make sure you're getting ALL THE DETAILS. read more

This is the only place I will buy mattresses, pillows and sheets from. I just purchased my 3rd mattress last week and I couldn't be happier. The manager, Dan, came in on his day off to accommodate our special circumstances. I alone take care of my paralyzed mother and I can only leave the house twice a month to run errands. I have to pay someone per hour to care for her in my place and I can't afford to do it more than those 2 days every month. I couldn't bring her with me because we live far and with all the time it takes to drive there and back plus the time to shop, I'd never be able to pull it off since my mother is in diapers. And I HAD TO get this done ASAP because I've been sleeping on the couch for almost 4 years due to being stuck with a Tempur-Pedic bed that wasn't right for me and caused me so much pain. I had to move to NC 3 days after buying it so by the time I came back to El Paso and realized the bed was not meant for me, it was too late to redeem the sleep guarantee they offer. I was waking up crying because I work so hard taking care of my mom and the lack of sleep and constant pain has caught up to me. I just couldn't take it anymore. So, he met me at the store to make sure I'd have a 5 star experience and get me on my way back home ASAP. And let me tell you, he did exactly that! He was so patient with me and answered all my questions. He was so understanding and kind to me which I don't experience often for several reasons. But Dan treated me like royalty and I left feeling so relieved. I am currently going on night 3 with my brand new Purple .4 mattress. It is worlds better than the awful TEMPUR-Pedic I had before it. He told me if after a month it isn't perfect for me, all I have to do is call him and he'll have them pick it up for me and replace it with one of my other choices from that day. And I 100% believe him because he over-delivered on everything else he promised me. But I have a feeling I picked the perfect mattress for me because after my initial hip pain from the first 3 hour nap I took on it, I've been waking up pain-free ever since! Dan, thank you for going above and beyond for me. I'm getting choked up writing this because to wake up pain free for the first time in over 4 years is absolutely life changing.
