I have had previous bad experiences with ABC Warehouse, but I decided to give them another shot…read more Last February, I ordered a washer and dryer from them (this being the "another shot"). I was scheduled for delivery, left work, and they never showed up. I called and they said I wasn't on the schedule at all. We rescheduled. I left work and waited. The driver called me from nearby to double-check that I actually wanted both an electric dryer and a gas dryer (which were the two items they had on the truck). Of course, that is not what I ordered, so they took both items back to the warehouse and rescheduled again. I left work and waited. I eventually called to ask where they were and they told me my appliances had already been delivered (on the day/time the driver called to ask if I wanted two dryers). Once I explained what happened (and they confirmed the situation as if I was just making it up to get another set), we rescheduled. Finally! I get my washer and dryer. It's been weeks, at this point. The washer didn't work from the moment it was plugged in. I called to let them know and they told me I had to go through the warranty company. I (very frustrated, already) called the warranty company. The agent I spoke to told me that is complete nonsense. They delivered a defective unit to me and I needed to call them back and demand a replacement. I did and they delivered a new one, with every person I spoke to along the way telling me how they were doing me a big favor...for replacing a defective unit they delivered to my house...RIDICULOUS! Well...here we are, just over a year later. The washer no longer locks or spins...and guess what? My warranty is up as well. I KNEW not to go back. I knew. Yet, I tried again. I am the queen of second (and third and fourth) chances. (That's why they didn't get a bad review a year ago.) Never again, though. I don't know how in the world they are still in business. I have not had a single good interaction with them. It CAN'T be just me.

He did not attempt to listen to a simple issue I was having and instead chose to bate me and make me seem like I was an idiot and upset me. Then he had the audacity to say to others at the store that he had dealt with me on a TV and that is why he treated me HORRIBLY. I have never had an issue with them in the past, and I have bought thousands of dollars' worth of items from them. Not just this, but I did not receive what I purchased. And they did not complete the installation as they stated they would. So, needless to say, my car started doesn't work correctly and they are unwilling to help!!

A contractor from another company had carpeted the 3 rooms and completely utterly botched the job. I called Reemsnyder and Sean came over to my house to assess the situation the same day. Sean was SO helpful and very knowledgeable, and he scheduled someone to come fix it just two days later. Beau from Reem spent two afternoons working on the carpet, and he turned the garbage mess from the other guy into a very professional and excellent carpeting job. The work was nothing short of MAGIC - Beau turned the crooked seams, jagged edges, and bubbled carpet from the other guy and into a PRISTINE job; it looks AMAZING. He recommended things that I now see were very wise. Never pushy and always returned calls and checked up. The Installers came yesterday (Anthony and Tory) great workmanship and professionalism. A few days later I looked up Tuff Shed and got a Quote, From the Very Beginning Steve was very helpful, Getting everything I needed and getting a hold of the zoning department, trying to find out if I could actually have my shed where I wanted it, and after back and forth with them, finally the zoning department agreed the shed would be fine where I wanted it to go. Everything went smoothly from there; Everyone I spoke to was very nice and helpful, When the builders came, they were very nice, and put the shed together in no time, but did a great job. I was concerned about the installer based on reviews but I guess they switched contractors recently. The one I had completed the house in a day, came at 8 am as promised, and worked all day hardly taking a break. They cleaned up well after themselves, was careful moving furniture, and made sure I was happy with it before leaving. Our first stop was Baldy's Furniture in Wauseon, OH. We were greeted when we walked in, allowed to explore the store with no pressure. While we tried different mattresses, a salesman checked on us, not too often, not too little, then when we made out decision, our salesman was nearby, easy to find and we completed our transaction. We had the mattress delivered a few days later. On the day morning the mattress was to be delivered, I received a call that they were short a deliveryman, so my mattress would be delivered in the afternoon. The caller was relieved I was not upset, (I know things happen), and apologetic. Early that afternoon, I received a call they were on their way and would be there in half an hour. They were right on time. Good Customer Service, GOOD communication, good quality furniture and a very fair price. I HIGHLY recommend Baldy's Furniture!
