I called the salesman and they said that's because they were two people on a full size bed and that's why it wore out twice as fast. Ummm how long was it supposed to last? No one told me it was a 15-day mattress when I bought it. I argued about the restocking fee, they said come see the store mngr at a different location. He pulled a mattress from a rack claiming it was my mattress then continued to be me on mattresses that were even softer than the worn one. I drove back to the original store and laid on the one I originally fell in love with... It was heavenly firm. Just like before. Switcharoo or what? I'll let the BBB figure that out.

The associate at the store tells me NO RETURNS on pillows. Never was this iterated to me, not once, before purchase. If I had bought these directly from the manufacturer they would have gladly allowed me to return and they would have been cheaper. Never again. Especially when we liked elsewhere and couldn't find a thing! Marshal's is sadly a bit messy, and I get it people are in a hurry and not as neat when looking for things. The one thing that brought a smile to my face was the fact that they had five cashiers for the long line of shoppers. So we only had to wait a little while. Yea!
