No one told me it was a 15-day mattress when I bought it. I argued about the restocking fee, they said come see the store mngr at a different location. He pulled a mattress from a rack claiming it was my mattress then continued to be me on mattresses that were even softer than the worn one. I drove back to the original store and laid on the one I originally fell in love with... It was heavenly firm. Just like before. Switcharoo or what? I'll let the BBB figure that out.

If I had bought these directly from the manufacturer they would have gladly allowed me to return and they would have been cheaper. Never again.
