It would have been nice to know that she was only going to act as a middleman between us and the tour company. We were not contacted about our plane being delayed or a canceled event on our trip. She did not even contact us after we returned from our vacation to ask us how our trip was. I don't enjoy having to write a negative review, but in my opinion I cannot recommend her and believe you could do a lot better.
