ust overall poor service from the group. Dealt with Ryan O'Connell and received really poor…read moreservice. First, while getting my policy Ryan was constantly abrupt and confrontational. There were times where he would state "well thats not what you told me". He was generally unhelpful during the process. Next, we had a claim and we reached out to Ryan. He stated he was going to be on vacation and to call the office. I called the office and then never received a call back. He was on the emails with the claims adjuster and never provided any assistance. When there was a dispute around the payment amount, he never responded to any calls I left asking for assistance. Next, received a cancellation notice due to non payment of an endorsement. When I reached out to the Baldwin, I was told I need to speak to the carrier directly, provide them a statement of no loss and pay for the endorsement. I was transferred to a general queue where when I spoke to the carrier they stated that while they can take payment, the agent themselves has to take the statement of no loss. So then had to wait on the phone again back with the agent and request that information. Just a large company that can't provide any service. Would recommend strongly against them, work with a broker that will pick up your calls, treat you like a customer and help you when you need them most. Vote with your wallet, move your insurance premiums and their commission to someone else.
