Do not store your belongings here!!! I paid over $400 dollars a month for an indoor unit because I…read morethought my belongings would be safer. As many people have stated in the comments, they have a MAJOR mouse infestation. ALL of my belongings were COVERED in mouse urine and droppings. I've never been so disgusted in my life. I had to spend many days going to my unit to disinfect what I could. Some of my belongings have been completely ruined. The icing on the cake was when I found a big nest made from furniture stuffing at the back of my unit. Please note, I kept my unit clean with NO food, and this still happened. This could easily happen to you too, if you choose to store your belongings here. Storageville has showed no interest in trying to rectify this situation, so all I can do is warn others about storing their belongings at their facility. Oh! They also pick and choose their pricing. I personally know someone who paid $100 dollars less for the same indoor unit that we both got at the same time. What a great way to run a business.... I wish I would have read the reviews and done my research before storing my belongings at Storageville. I'd give this place zero stars.

The first interaction I had was a phone call which sent me to a US answering service. I was very…read moredisappointed as I was calling about pricing/availability but in order to offer me that info I had to give my first and last name. I declined and hung up. I went into the Dugald location which is nearby to have a person to person interaction. The gal at the desk, was welcoming as I entered and I stated that, " I am mask exempt and I would like to conduct business, am I welcome to enter?" I was welcomed! I was in need of a 10x10 unit but only a small one was available that day. I rented the small one with the knowing that East Side was going to hold the larger one for me and I would transfer my items from one to the other a week later. This info wasn't passed onto the other office staff and I was initially unprofessional in my dialogue. The staff member calmed me but yet held her ground; as she should when someone is raising their voice. I am proud to say we worked through it in a professional and understanding manner and I am now waiting for the larger unit while moving items into the smaller one for now and then, I will transfer all items into the larger one in a week. Just wish a discount could have happened but I understand in times as these, people are out there willing to pay even more. All in all, great customer service. Thank-you.
