It was hassle-free to set up the time for pick up. They promised to pick up and deliver even if I were not home. This was a great convenience. I was not expecting my comforter and blankets to be laundered so well and and to smell so fresh. Wow! I was home when they delivered, so I was able to meet the very nice and professional delivery driver. I have been supporting this business establishment since its grand opening. The staff have always…read morebeen accommodating to all of their customers and during our current COVID-19 pandemic, they have been cordial in seeing that customers adhered to the requirements mandated by their management via the State of Maryland executive order. Today while folding my dried items at one of their folding tables, a member of their management staff was collecting money from all of the unoccupied washers & dryers wearing neither gloves nor face mask as other the staff member present was wearing. I was appalled to witness such behavior by their management. Upon completing my task of folding & bagging my items , I proceeded to approach the manager to discuss my dissatisfaction with his lack of consideration to State of Maryland's mandate; however, he had left the premises. At this point I have decided to no longer patronize this business establishment for safety reasons. We cannot afford to be lackadaisical when it comes to the operations of our local businesses.

I was notified when the clothes would be dropped off about an hour beforehand and when the laundry was dropped off they sent a photo and left the bags neatly in front of the door. Everything was folded nicely and washed with Tide so it smells great. If you have sensitive skin, there is an option on their website to choose the more gentle Tide detergent. I will definitely be using their pick-up and drop-off service again and again and highly recommend it!

But, I figure why pay to wash and dry clothes when I can pay to wash here and the dry is free. It's not a huge place but, they have a nice amount of washers and dryers. Everytime that I've been here it's always clean. I think that's why I really like this place. It's in a little small shopping center. You have a few options to eat or pick up a few items while you wait. I only had three loads of clothes today so, I was pretty much in and out in about an hour and a half. You use the service by purchasing a laundry card. You load money on the card which cost $1.00. It's pretty easy. If you need assistance the workers are pretty much always available and willing to help.

Dryers are free according to your washing machine load. I think I used a jumbo washer and that gave me 60 free minutes. The free dry time corresponds on your card with your washing machine, so if you use 2 dryers, that means you'll get 30 mins of free dry for each dryer. You have to purchase a washing card for $2 (cash/debit/credit/ebt) and load that card for washing/ drying purposes. Since i dont live in this area, i opted to return my card and get my $2 back. There are bathrooms, tables/chairs for sitting or working (i had my laptop out), free wifi, even massage chairs for a fee! TV's and it wasn't hot in or muggy in there. Also, this laundry mat is convenietly located in a shopping center. If i lived near here i would def. return!!
