It was hassle-free to set up the time for pick up. They promised to pick up and deliver even if I were not home. This was a great convenience. I was not expecting my comforter and blankets to be laundered so well and and to smell so fresh. Wow! I was home when they delivered, so I was able to meet the very nice and professional delivery driver. I gave the nice elderly lady a bag containing 10 brand new never worn shirts. I asked for them to be cleaned and pressed. I was a bit shocked 10 shirts cost 43 dollars.. I picked up the shirts 3 days later with hangers all wire tied together covered in a big plastic bag. Today I uncovered them and separated them in horror. 43 dollars to have brand new shirts look a wreck. They have more wrinkles than Ruth Bater Ginzburg. I NEED a few of these shirts in a few days AND need a pair of pants hemmed. What a mess this has become. Do I have them re do them ? And find a new competent cleaners or wash them and iron them myself. They cant be much worse. Wow What a TOTAL disappointment. Won't happen again. Shame on me. Gave them a seco d chance and Im so not impressed. ALL the shirts have pressed in wrinkles. Some have shiny spots from over heating. These were ALL brand new shirts. Despite the excessive delay and poor service, I was still expected to pay full price, as if everything went smoothly. No discount, no apology worth mentioning, no accountability. If you value your time, your belongings, or basic customer service, go somewhere else. Holding an item hostage for over a month and then charging full price is unacceptable.
