On Monday they showed up with the wrong sized ladder so they said they'd come back Tuesday. They didn't show up on Tuesday so I called them Wednesday to see what happened. I was told I would receive a call back but never did. Called again on Thursday and same thing, was told I would get a call back and never did. Called again today and have still to receive a call back. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

However, the crew was very disgruntle, clean up was horrible (nails all over yard, gutters filled with shingles, attic a mess). I was led to believe all cleanup would be provided. It also took them over a year to come out and fix the untrimmed shingles that were over hanging on the roof. I feel if I pay $11,000 + for a new roof, everything should be perfect. So, overall happy with the roof and owner/salesman. George was very professional and knowledgeable. Not to happy with the crew and cleanup. Maybe the job was subcontracted?

Most of his work was adequate until he poured a front step into the building. They splashed concrete everywhere and I had to hire a third party to clean it up. This step is 2 years old, was done twice and was not done properly. It has deteriorated to the point that it needs to be redone. He will not return any of my phone calls. I want to meet and he avoids me. I call from different phones he answers then will not pick up for a future call. He is not a dependable contractor and will not warranty his work.

Of the 5 estimates from different companies we were most impressed with Corey. His estimate was also the best. He and his wife run their company out of their home so the overhead isn't as high as with other companies. Corey was very professional and conscience and one of the things that really impressed us was that he had his own crew. Some of the others hired subcontractors which is ok but we just felt more confident with someone with their own crew. Some of Corey's crew were Amish workers who have such a good reputation as being hard workers. Our roof was put on Thursday and we are so happy with the job they did. The roof looks beautiful and they hauled away every piece of debris and then went over the area with a big magnet to make sure there were no loose nails. You couldn't tell anyone had been here except for the new roof. And because it was supposed to rain later Corey picked up 2 more crew members to make sure they finished in one day before the rain came that evening. I HIGHLY recommend Landmark for any roofing needs if any of our friends or family are looking at putting on a new roof.

The most recent project was a complete new roof installed on our house, additional insulation in the attic, new hangers for all gutters on the house, repair of the concrete on the chimney and some other repairs. As has been the case in the past, the work was exceptional. It was performed on-time, within budget and with great care to insure all work was of the highest quality. Great care was also taken to make sure all areas of our house as well as the surrounding shrubbery and grounds were protected during the construction. They also left huge ruts in our farm field. They had NO BUSINESS being on our property as Didado was working half a mile from our property. I made numerous calls about this and got no resolution. So shameful that Didado thinks it is their right to be on private property just because they are working in the area. We are still waiting for the load of gravel we were promised to replace what was drug down the road by the contractor. It had just rained a lot and the contractor had mud caked all over the tires after backing into our farm field and most of our gravel is gone now.
