This car service is too good to be true. Yesterday, my 8 year-old son was attacked by my father's King German Shephard dog on his face in Red Bank, NJ. We were staying and visiting my Dad for a couple of weeks from Alaska. We needed to get out and go home via the Newark Airport right away because my father was on the dog's side, and he wouldn't kennel him ?????? Most car services couldn't take us with such little notice. Dependable Taxi and Car Service was booked up too, but when I told the owner of our situation, he dropped everything and picked us up himself! This guy was like an angel sent from Heaven and I'm not religious. His car was also luxurious to boot. I wish I could remember the owners name, but obviously my stress level is through the roof. I've used many other NJ car services before, but this guy was like having family pick us up because he cared about my son's safety. Tried these folks for the first time yesterday and was totally satisfied. On short notice, Terrence went the extra mile to arrange for a car The price was competitive and fully inclusive. The highlight of the trip to Yankee Stadium was our driver Jimmy. He showed up early and proved to be very professional and personable. Return pick-ups at the ball park can often be challenging but Jimmy made it about as smooth as possible. Not only do I plan to use them again in the future but will recommend them whenever possible.
