I am very disappointed with this company. They are money hungry and not accommodating. I got married on Friday and was running late. They charged me over $100 extra without even informing me. I was in the limo 10 mins most because the venue was so close to my house. Then they had the nerve to ask me why I scheduled my pickup so early when clearly I was following the schedule the photographer gave me and didn't intend to be running behind schedule. When you're working for a bunch of finance jerks in pink shirts, you need the best, most reliable companies. You see, if their car is even 2 minutes late, you- their assistant will take the blame for it. They will remember it for months. It will end up in your annual review... 'Remember that hot day I had to stand in front of the office for 2 minutes for the car service you used?". If a car service screws up more than that, forget about it. You're toast. Out the door. Gone. If they have a problem with the driver not meeting them exactly where they want at the airport- they will call you on your cell and yell at you-- because yes, these executives are sooo smart and think of calling you first rather than the actual driver. But anyway - if there is any lesson I can teach before I leave this planet- it is to never, ever become an Executive Assistant in finance, and teach your children the same. Concorde saved me for a year and half as I barely survived this job. Always reliable, always on time. Just perfect. He assisted everyone entering and exiting the vehicle, and knew how to reach our destination. The vehicle was clean, and comfortable. We are very pleased with the service and experience with Concord. I contacted them thru their website and they responded within 1 hour with full pricing, and availability. I decided to go with them because they offered high quality service at almost 1/2 cost of another vendor we were evaluating. A few days before our wedding, their coordinator called to confirm start & end times and worked with me to determine optimal time based on our wedding schedule. The shuttle we booked was medium sized and it looked like an airplane with ambiant lighting and soft leather seats w/new car smell. Our guests rode is style!! We recently used Concorde for our wedding and we had an overall fantastic experience! We reserved a 39 passenger shuttle for hotel transportation, a party bus, and a town car to bring my dad and I to the church. Transportation was clean and well maintained. Service was reliable and they made the process very easy. The drivers were very nice, friendly and professional. Pricing was reasonable. Stephanie at the office was very nice and easy to work with. The town car arrived early to my house to pick my dad and I up. He waited patiently and had waters for us in the car. The only little hiccup was that the shuttle picking up the bridal party did arrive late causing us to be 20 minutes late to the church. Luckily, our day was unaffected by that but I know in some circumstances that could've been an issue. Overall, great experience and would recommend. read more

Poor experience, celebrating our honeymoon, driver kept one piece of our luggage in his trunk and took nearly 45 mins to head back to the airport, almost cost us our flight, Concorde wouldn't recognize this was a serious inconvenience, gave us attitude when we called, would not resolve the problem or even so much as offer a discount or comp for our return trip. We used Concorde for our wedding this past September. Everything was done as advertised / as expected. First we booked to have 2 buses work as a shuttle between the hotel and the ceremony. Even when the hotel front desk 'got it wrong', the Concorde drivers confidently assured my guests that there were 2 buses in constant rotation. All my guests were pleased / impressed with the buses and their service. We also used their limo service earlier in the day, for the bridal party. Driver was on time and courteous, and did the job. I honestly didn't even think about them (buses and limo) the whole day. That, to me, shows you just how good of a job they did. Great service! We used this company for our wedding and we had no problems. We used their 27 passenger party bus which was clean and comfortable. It seemed brand new inside. We also used 3 different shuttle buses for our guests from the hotel to the venue. The shuttles picked up the guests on time and arrived to the venue promptly. I have never been more dissatisfied with a company. I was quoted a certain rate for a passenger van trip several weeks prior to the trip date. Less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled trip, the company called to tell me I was "misquoted" and that the actual price would be nearly 60% more than the original quoted price. I was obviously unhappy about this so asked to speak with a supervisor When I was finally contacted by the supervisor many hours later, she let me know that they could offer a 10% discount on the new quoted price. Not exactly a huge discount for such an incredible inconvenience. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Still can't believe how poorly they handled the situation. I wish that I could have cancelled the trip altogether, but since I was left with such short notice I was stuck with this company. The only positive thing to say about this company is that our driver Randy was very nice. Would not recommend this company to ANYONE and will NEVER use them again. read more
