We ordered 500 dollars of oil on a Wednesday and I was told it would be delivered on friday. It was not delivered but I was charged 500 dollars anyways. No one would return my calls to the office number or the emergency number. Very bad small business stay away. read more

I tried Depot after my local guy sold out to one of the "big boys". What a great company! Excellent service and great people. Katie is a pleasure to talk to and always keeps me informed on my oil delivery. Online ordering is easy and trouble free. Their pricing can't be beat and they also offer a senior discount which many do not. Keep up the great work!! read more

Depot is a great little local company. If you want to do business locally with your friendly neighbors instead of the big faceless companies, try Depot. They really saved our asses this winter. We were out of oil, about to leave on a vacation, and knew that if there was no heat the pipes would burst while we were gone. In addition, our long, steep, curvy driveway is tough for big trucks to get up. NONE of the big companies would help us, and we tried them all. Depot came through like champs,really understanding our situation. When they could not get the big truck up the driveway the first time they sent a pickup truck to deliver just a small amount to tide us over for a few days. They tried delivery with the big truck THREE TIMES for us at no extra charge, and finally they were able to get up and fill our tank. We will be forever grateful. Depot is now our friendly local oil company for life. read more

After that I couldn't talk to anyone directly and this past winter they ran me out of propane 3 times and I was on automatic delivery as well as monitoring. I called Broco at 5:30 pm ( their office goes home at 5). At 5:30 I got a call back from Tom. The next morning I got set up and Ted came over and fixed everything. I also had contact with 3 others in the company that day. Broco is a local veteran owned company. They answer their phones and are ready to help. I am so pleased to be a customer of Broco, they are fantastic. After they placed the tanks and filled them my fill up was more than a dollar less per gallon than my old company. We have used Ronnie's Oil for delivery of oil in the past. We woke this morning to our furnace not…read moreturning on. We called them to have someone come out and they said no problem. Followed by a phone call to say I'm sorry we will not service you due to you not ordering oil with us in the past year! WHAT??? I'm paying you for someone to service our furnace? but because we have not ordered oil this year you will not help us? (Its December!) Is this not a way to send our business elsewhere I don't know what is!!! BTW, we have not ordered yet due to we didn't need any but we were low! But, my oil will be bought elsewhere! If zero stars was an option, you would get none!
