Had I not called my wife to ask about the flowers I never would've known they were sitting in the lobby. This is unexcused not expected nor appreciated. My brother called me from the location, telling me the guy at the counter was refusing to give him the order, no explanation given. I ask to talk to him so I can figure out what the problem is, and I can hear the guy in the background refusing to speak to me, saying "I'm done talking about this." What?? So I call the store several times and it just rings until it asks you to leave a message. Except you can't leave a message. It redirects you another recording that asks you to press 1 to leave a message, which just loops back to the original recording. It's an endless loop in which no message can be left. What i especially don't understand is why they never tried to call us if they couldn't fill the order. They had my phone number from the order and my brother's phone number from the pickup info and no one ever called either of us to let us know there was a problem with the order. If they had bothered to contact us, i could have at least made another plan for a present for her. I still have no idea what happened, as the employee refused to give an explanation and I guess is now refusing to answer the phone. But now I don't have a present for my mother and I can't just stop at a store and drop something off due to my location. Very upset by this situation and the total disrespect and disregard shown by the employee at the shop.
