Avoid this location like the plague. The owner is a nasty curmudgeon who knows absolutely nothing about customer service. Number 1. The website says it closed at 5pm I went there at 430pm and the door was locked 2. I called 6 times throughout the day and NO ONE picked up When I arrived at 430 to pick up 2 orders for my daughters birthday, sent by her grandmothers, I was waved away rudely by the owner expressing that he was closed. I persisted showing him the website hours through the glass door, he finally opened the door standing in the doorway yelling we're closed. I told him I just wanted to pick up, he said he called everyone late last night and cancelled all orders. He was absolutely rudely for no reason!!! Do not do business with this person. read more

Last week I ordered a chocolate dipped assorted fruit box as a birthday gift for my mom's birthday today. Got the confirmation email and the money was removed from my account, so everything's good to go, right? Nope! My brother was listed as the pickup, as I live several hours away. My brother called me from the location, telling me the guy at the counter was refusing to give him the order, no explanation given. I ask to talk to him so I can figure out what the problem is, and I can hear the guy in the background refusing to speak to me, saying "I'm done talking about this." What?? So I call the store several times and it just rings until it asks you to leave a message. Except you can't leave a message. It redirects you another recording that asks you to press 1 to leave a message, which just loops back to the original recording. It's an endless loop in which no message can be left. What i especially don't understand is why they never tried to call us if they couldn't fill the order. They had my phone number from the order and my brother's phone number from the pickup info and no one ever called either of us to let us know there was a problem with the order. If they had bothered to contact us, i could have at least made another plan for a present for her. I still have no idea what happened, as the employee refused to give an explanation and I guess is now refusing to answer the phone. But now I don't have a present for my mother and I can't just stop at a store and drop something off due to my location. Very upset by this situation and the total disrespect and disregard shown by the employee at the shop. read more

I ordered a wonderful surprise for my husband for Valentine's Day, but the chocolate was broken when we opened it. It was obviously dropped! I called to express my concern, and they reassured me that a manager would call to make it right. That never happened. These arrangements are expensive, but I was trying to support a local business. I placed an order at a little after 10 am to be delivered to a loved one. I checked through out the day and when I talked to her she hadn't recieved by 8pm but I got a delivery confirmation e-mail at 8:14pm saying the delivery was successful. I love Edible Arrangements!! Found my new favorite place for great gifts. Placed an order online last thursday for pick-up friday morning and it was ready to go when I got there at 8:30am. The arrangement looked exactly like the picture online (absolutely gorgeous!). It was already wrapped and in a cute little box ready to put into my car. The lady working there was very nice. She offered free samples of their chocolate covered fruit for me to taste. She even volunteered to carry it out to my car. Their prices are not cheap, however the quality of the fruit and chocolate is worth the price. If you are in a hurry and need a great surprise gift, this is the place to go! read more

So impressed with this company. I located what I wanted to order online, and called my order in for next day delivery. The order was exactly what I saw on the website. The fruit was fresh and the chocolate was wonderful that they used! Furthermore, the delivery driver was extremely courteous and friendly. Horrible, Ruined my Valentine's day. Pre-ordered an expensive arrangement to deliver on Valentine's Day to my wife's work to surprise her, got text that it delivered. When my lady got home from work with no arrangement, I tried calling store but that was worthless. They said it wasn't their store, gave them confirmation it was, then they said sorry we did alot of deliveries today and said I could drive an hour to come to their store and pick it up. LOL, Tried to call the Corporate office, only thing they can do is file a formal complaint with store, but atleast they said Sorry. Poorly organized company. No one ever explained how I got sent a text saying delivered... Ruined what could have been a Great Valentine's Day from me, guess I'll wait the 48 hours for store owner to call me. Terrible service and a terrible attitude. I placed an order and selected the 13th for delivery. They attempted to deliver on the 12th. I called the store and the woman who answered told me I requested delivery on the 12th when I placed the order and gave me attitude, she actually scoffed when I said No I am looking at the confirmation email and it says the 13th. She placed me on hold and when she returned to the call she told me I had taken the flex discount which allows them to deliver a day early. I said fine, when will it be delivered? To which she gave me further attitude because delivery had already been attempted. I told her that we were not home at the time they chose to deliver a day prior to the scheduled date. This was followed by further attitude, but an agreement to have the item redelivered that day. Then the owner (Rick) called. He didn't even know I had just been on the phone with someone from his shop 10 minutes earlier, and said I was impossible to get ahold of. The number I was speaking to 10 minutes prior was the same number he was calling me from. Clueless. I will never use this company again. read more

I will not be going back. I ordered my arrangement on a Monday from edsible arrangements in Martinsburg wv. they said it would be ready wed to pick up. I waited till the end of the day and when I went in they had no record of me, and my order was not ready. I showed them my cc statement. So I had to wait another 15 min for them to get it ready, meanwhile 2 other people came in and were in and out before me (go figure). Very unprofessional and chaotic. My husband placed an order to be delivered to me on Valentines day. When it did not arrive by 5pm, he tracked the order via their order tracking system which stated that the order was delivered WHICH IT WAS NOT!! He then called and was given the "run around", first claiming the order was not attached to their store, then claiming they found the order, but could not explain what happened. They asked if we could drive to pick it up. Really?? They did not offer any apology or to refund our money. We finally informed them we would contact their corporate office since they could not assist us. They basically stole our money!! I am letting everyone that I know, including social media, what a rip off this company is. I am extremely disgusted. read more

Today is my father's 82nd birthday. I ordered a box of fruit dipped in chocolate. He called me this afternoon to tell me that an Edible Arrangements truck was backing out of his driveway. The delivery person left a message on his cell phone that he was in the driveway and there were no cars. My father's car was in the garage. The store is very close by so he drove over. He said in 82 years he's never been treated so rudely. He said that the woman he spoke with was downright hateful! He also spoke to a manager who reassured him that it would be delivered this evening. At about the same time I received an email saying that it had been delivered successfuly. I immediately called him and he said no delivery yet. It is now 7:00 and the store closed at 5:00. So I guess the surprise gift for my dad on his 82nd birthday isn't going to happen. I am beyond disappointed and angry. I am furious!!!!The delivery charge is $14. You can be certain that everyone I know in Martinsburg and places nearby will hear of this story and not patronize your business. It says that you are open on Sunday 10:00-3:00, however tomorrow is Easter Sunday so I doubt you will be open. His house is less than a quarter mile from the store. I can't decide if the employees and management are just lazy,and don't care, or if they are just plain stupid. I will be contacting the corporate office also. None of the employees involved with today's fiasco and rude treatment deserve to have a job. read more
