Not to thick, didn't break apart and melted in my mouth while the hot fish burnt my tongue (totally my fault). The chips weren't soggy or too big, they tasted like they were almost double fried. The chicken or pork dishes tend to be a bit tough to chew or overcooked and seem to be more batter than meat in most cases. But then you can say that about most Chinese takeaway establishments. What brings me back though is the people working here, very nice and always seem happy you came in, which can be a hard thing to find in Melbourne. We recently tried the Pork Belly and Chinese Broccoli, as well as the Mango Fish. These were terrific dishes. The pork crispy and drenched in a tangy sauce. The mango fish was spicy and fresh.
