Built in 1906, most of the original windows were over 100 years old--well past due for an upgrade. What could have been a stressful and complicated project turned out to be a smooth and even enjoyable experience, thanks to Tim, Bob, Ryan, and the rest of the crew. They showed up when they said they would, completed the job on time, and consistently met (or exceeded) my very high quality expectations. This wasn't an easy job, but they handled it with skill, professionalism, and great attitudes. On top of that, their pricing was competitive--and in my case, they delivered significantly more value than other bids I received. My father was so impressed with their work, he asked for a quote for his own project! I'm incredibly grateful to the Larson team and would recommend them to anyone without hesitation. The window replacement went smoothly and they assessed the situation and noted there was thankfully no other mold or rot below the old window. But they also made sure to spray some insulation of sort (if I'm remembering right) or some type of protectant to ensure nothing happened in the future.
