The pain she went through was awful, and it could have been prevented if the camp had proper hygiene standards. Kids are barely made to shower--just a quick run under water before jumping into the pool, which does nothing to actually clean them or stop the spread of infection. It's completely unacceptable, especially when children's health is at stake. I would not recommend this camp to anyone until they take sanitation seriously and make real changes to protect their campers. Honestly this is a warning for parents and I am not over reacting.

The staff is always welcoming, the people climbing are always willing to help when they can, and it's just a good vibe all around. My only disgruntle (and it isn't much of one), is when I called to book my daughter's birthday party, they said they didn't do birthday parties. But there was a birthday party there lol. I'm going to scratch it off as maybe me lacking to disclose it, and as you can tell I won't knock a star off so I'm not upset about it, but know there is an ability to have it for kids lol. They care about the club more than any other owner/operator in years - and it shows! It is gleaming... There are always new programs to get involved with if you are interested. The staff is second to none...the nicest and most welcoming of all tennis clubs in the area! Same for the Tennis Pro's...a huge difference between them and Pro's at other clubs...so pleasant and knowledgable - ready to help you with your game if you are interested. He was so incredibly rude, sexist, and miserable. My family spends so much money there and knows a lot of families who go there. I will be leaving and looking at Trumbull or Westport and taking our children to play at other facilities as well. Place is in poor condition and it's not even that cheap compared to other facilities. The best tennis pro just left for Westport.
