I go in for my appointment and I'm not on the schedule until 7/9. The person who re-scheduled my appointment did it on the wrong day. The incompetency is quite prevalent. I really think she did it on purpose and was very unprofessional. I have no trust in your services so my husband and I will no longer be your clients. I will tell everyone who will listen about my experience and not to use Heartland Dermatology. This message does not even convey how upset I am. I missed work and the time to get to your office. Absolutely ridicules.

Dr. Nabbout is extremely dismissive and will not listen to you when you are explaining your…read moresymptoms. She will prolong treatment by not updating you on lab results. And in order to even get labs requested, you will have to spend multiple weeks going back-and-forth with her. When she misdiagnoses you and you call to let her know that your symptoms have gotten drastically worse, she will continue dismissing and continue prescribing things without confirming what is causing your symptoms. Because of her, i will now have permanent scarring all over my body for the rest of my life. I would highly discourage anybody from seeing this care provider. If you are looking for somebody who cares about their patient and listens to their patients thoroughly, this would not be the provider you would like to see.

Once getting in I had three appointments and always had to wait 15-30 minutes with 2 people sitting in the 1000 sq. ft. waiting room. (Hesitant to even mention the hard sale for their In house products). I had to reschedule my third appointment and so they put me 6 months out again!! (ridiculous). I unfortunately entered the wrong month on my phone and missed the 6 month appointment. A word of warning, they provide no courtesy calls or texts like all other doctors in the area and are now billing me $50 for not showing up. Ultimately yeah, my fault but their service and patient treatment is lacking to say the least and at this point I'll drive to KC to see someone more patient oriented instead of $$$ focused.

I had quite a few people refer him to me. When I went to Dr. Peterson's office everyone was so sweet and welcoming. It just felt right for me. Dr. Peterson was very nice,made me feel comfortable, and answered all of my questions. He explained the procedure and was very though about it. I was pleased with how good everything went on surgery day and with recovery. They we're there for me through it all. If I needed to get in that day they would work it out. My results turned out great! I couldn't of asked for a better doctor.
