I booked a Brazilian Wax, took my pain relievers and showed up for my appt. Janelle was very hospitable from the moment I walked in the door, even though I was running a bit late. She made me feel very comfortable & helped me to relax. I brought my own music & used bluetooth to set it up with her speakers, at her suggestion, instead of wearing my earbuds. Unfortunately, my attempt to make things easier (by trimming) made things more difficult for Janelle. She was very gracious, though and suggested that I let her trim for me next time. I left the appt feeling great (pain reliever! Lol). I have been to quite a few waxings in LA, SF, & Pasadena & comparatively, this was the best wax I have ever had. First personal contact, for me, with the staff was over the phone as I had to move his appointment back a day due to a travel complication for him. They were incredibly friendly, understanding and helpful. It was a pleasure to deal with them - made a difficult situation that much easier. Spoke with my dad about his visit 1 & 2 days after the appointment. He was very impressed. Stated that the place was well- appointed, tasteful and immaculate. Several more highlights were: 1. The NP was very professional, genuinely listened to my dad and actually adjusted the IV therapy for his specific needs. 2. Having had many IVs during his time, he stated this was one of the best he has ever had - quick and hardly felt it. 3. After two days, he said he can definitely tell that the IV therapy helped him. He is starting to feel much better, and his head fog is clearing up after being absolutely under the weather for almost two weeks on a three week sickness - according to the locals/doctors. While not having personally visited, based on those two conversations with my dad - I can DEFINITELY recommend this facility!

You're locked into a contract and cannot get your money back and can't sue. and you must pay before you walk through the door That is not something I'm interested in doing especially with a laser that you can't find out like for a thermage treatment which is a couple thousand dollars whether they use a tip that has 300 pixels 900 pixels if they use it on one patient or three patient basically you don't know what you're getting until you walk through the door very well could be getting a useless laser tip. so I would probably steer clear of this place for sure on lasers due to the lack of accountability and signing away your legal rights before you even get in the door. It seems that they don't want to answer specific questions with the specific provider. They have somebody highly trained that they're going to give you a consultation with, but that doesn't mean anything about who's going to be seeing you when you walk into the clinic door and how they're trained or what products they are using and what strength in other words what they're selling and what they're using are probably too very different things because they are commissioned to sales people that you're talking to and they don't know anything about what goes on in that clinic but they'll tell you yes to every question you ask. Do yourself a favor save money a little bit longer and go to a actual dermatologist for your skin tightening lasers.
