My name isn't Steven. Perhaps if Derek or an Associate is reading this they will know who I am. I went through a lot of stress dealing with selling my home. Derek was absent throughout the process and would only reach out to me when I was contacting them. Even then I was getting curt responses. I chose to keep my home after waiting 4 months in escrow and having Holly and Derek be completely condescending and derelict in their behavior. I'm sure others have had better experiences. This was mine and I wish no one else has to. Even after I finally signed the cancellation paperwork, Derek contacted me the following week telling me the bank finally completed the process however, it was too late. There is a lot more involved such as the paint all over my wall and driveway from his "handyman" and the hole cutout of my kitchen cabinet, the fact that after I told Derek I wasn't going to sign the final paper to close on the house he threatened that the market is declining and he suspects a dip in prices.
