However instead of any work they performed an exam and took more expensive xrays then had the nerve to refer my daughter down the road to an dentist that does pediatric dentist. I didn't bring her here to just get another referral and pay them good money for a wasted trip.

It's nice to enter an office whereby you feel taken in to a doctor's personal life, I feel it helps give a sense of the individual's character which, let's face it, you don't always know when meeting a new practitioner. I was taken aback initially by the virtual consult, if you're like me- don't let that stop you. So happy we stuck with it! Part of the reason I followed through, was honestly because of the excellent phone demeanor of the gentlemen setting the appointment. WOW Apparently since she has worked there for nearly 40 years, she can treat patients however she wants and if they get mad, she tells lies to get them kicked out of care without Dr Windham getting both sides of the story and coming up with a solution. To be honest, at this point I will find another Dentist, put a few reviews on YELP, GOOGLE, ETC and complain to the VA Whitehouse Hotline about the care I received. Wife's dentures broke in half, called to discuss and set up the best time to come in. Three calls, each one takes you through a menu that ultimately asks you to wait on the line. About 5 minutes on hold each time listening to the same propaganda about how much they care. Finally clicks to a message stating they "cannot answer your call". Says you may leave a message and they will respond within 1 to 2 business days. 4th call was answered and immediately put on hold and put back into the same message loop with the same result. Extremely frustrating! In my opinion, this is a very poor way to operate a business of this type. If you don't want to talk to people on the phone, just state that you take walk-ins only. Otherwise, add staff or an additional link to someone who can take a phone call.
