Both of the fillings she put in my teeth fell out. The crowned teeth started hurting, In pain I went to a real Dentist and I was sent to an endodontist with abscessed teeth. She had put crowns on some of my teeth and they were not sealed properly and became abscessed due to not being sealed. Now, after Months of antibiotics and three oral surgeries, I'm still trying to save my teeth that she ruined. She put crowns on two of my back teeth and there was a gap after she finished. I ask why I had a gap there that was not there before, the WITCH then told me that I must have lost a tooth when I was young and the teeth had shifted to close the gap And to close the gap, I would need a bridge there. She said she could remove the crowns and do a bridge, but that I would have to pay for the crowns to be removed and two new crowns to put on to connect the bridge to close the gap. I asked her why I was not told about this before she put $3000 crowns on my teeth and she said if I would like to discuss it, I could come make an appointment and come back in and she would give me a discount of 25% on the new crowns. About 5 minutes on hold each time listening to the same propaganda about how much they care. Finally clicks to a message stating they "cannot answer your call". Says you may leave a message and they will respond within 1 to 2 business days. 4th call was answered and immediately put on hold and put back into the same message loop with the same result. Extremely frustrating! In my opinion, this is a very poor way to operate a business of this type. If you don't want to talk to people on the phone, just state that you take walk-ins only. Otherwise, add staff or an additional link to someone who can take a phone call.

Dr John Colias (Bay Dental) came up as a fine oral surgeon. Decided to make an appointment. His dental hygentist was able to stop the infection in a molar and save the tooth. Dr Colias looked at my bad smile and said "I can fix that"! They have a state of the art 3-D x-ray unit that produces a perfect photo of the upper and lower jaw. He repaired a broken incisor and made a bridge to repair my lower teeth. He removed a bad molar and made an upper bridge. What skill and talent! Said he has been doing it for over 30 years! Going to see if I can post a smiley photo. Going back so Dr. John can do a little more fixin !!! Maybe get a bit part in a Hollywood production! Even my great grandaughter likes my new smile!
