Worst repair shop ever! I went in to get new brakes. Started home an hour later my car is shaking…read moreviolently. When I got home the wheel were so hit you couldn't touch them. Took it back. After 3 days of wrong parts and they can't figure things out they call me at closing time to tell me it's ready. Again, they obviously didn't test drive it. The brake pedal went to the floor. It was terrifying. No signs were posted anywhere that they would be closed the next day, New Years Eve, on a Friday. I got there at 7:45am. Waited 45 minutes and just decided to take it to my local dealership. They inspected the job these jokers did, changed the brake fluid, and properly blew the brakes. All for another $180 because Shepherd Uto Parts/Repair didn't do their job.

Went in to get my AC looked at to figure out why it had stopped working, he let me know it would be $1208 with a 3 year warranty on parts for a new compressor. He said the part i needed was $800 and the labor was $400. I've had to fix my ac in another car and the part is absolutely not $800, so i let them know i needed to go home and think about it as that's a lot of money, he then told me it would be $65 since they had to figure out the problem. He did NOT tell me this before hand, had i known this i would not have had them check it, absolute waste of $65 I ended up driving to spring to another shop, it was $350 for the same exact part (name brand from an auto shop) and $250 for labor.

Terrible mechanic and business!!…read more My sister in law took her car here to get her AC fixed. At first impression, bad customer service. Luckily the "owner" said he had another shop around the corner where she could take it to. Long story short, the AC went out AGAIN and she took it back and they still couldn't fix it. She took it to the dealership and NOTHING was ever done to actually fix the issue according the dealership mechanic. Now they won't refund her money and are giving her the runaround. Now we're reporting them to the BBB and the attorney general of Texas. Please don't come here if you're a woman or someone looking to get your vehicle fixed.
