Not only was my vehicle damaged on their property by another vehicle that was under their care, but the owner of the establishment lied about the encounter to me when I called to inquire about repairing it. I was told that writing off my husband's truck repair "made it even", although the employee told my husband all he did was clean off a few spark plugs. My door is unable to open, very clearly damaged and will probably cost upwards of $400 to fix. I am disgusted by this establishment and it's employees. I implore the citizens of Onalaska to steer clear of this utter failure of a shop. They do not posses any ethics whatsoever, and they are clearly very shady and willing to lie to save a few dollars.
