We will cherish these photos always! In addition to her skill and professionalism, Joanna is very kind and patient. We had a great experience: The session was relaxed and as Joanna advertises. I'm impressed with how she can soothe a baby! Her studio is clean and cozy and has everything needed for the baby, which takes away stressors for Mom and Dad! Joanna went above and beyond, generously accommodating my husband's schedule and allowing us to come back later for a few photos with him and as a family. That meant the world to us and made it that much more special. She was incredibly professional, thoughtful, and patient especially as we deliberated carefully over which photos to purchase. It is so hard to choose when there are so many great photos! She took extra care with review and retouching as well. We had some specific requests and she didn't hesitate to take extra time to fulfill them as a courtesy. Joanna's kindness and understanding make her business stand out! I don't know how she does it, but she manages to get these unposed, couldn't-have-planned-them-better moments. I first met Rose a couple of years ago at the Jeni's Yelp event, and she took my favorite photo ever. She captured the exact moment when I met Jeni -- and you can see every bit of excitement and nervousness as this fanboy met his crush. Since then, I've hired Rose several times for work and personal, and everyone is completely thrilled with the results. She also donates her precious time once a quarter to help photograph our Columbus SOUP events -- where she truly captures the joy and the spirit of the events. Don't risk hiring a crappy photog who may crap all over this extremely expensive day. Jessica was great, and she did a great job. She is a pleasure to be around, and the pictures are top-notch. If you want digital copies you might have to remortgage your home. They use a very slick sales process (peters even puts on sales seminars for other photographers on how to do it from what another photographer told me). They make you sit down with them to see the prints and then give you very confusing pricing. It ruins the whole experience. I can't look at my daughters pictures without being resentful. Again...buyer beware.
