I haven't seen a dermatologist for roughly five years and was very surprised by how friendly the staff was here. The office staff was very helpful especially when I made the mistake of overbooking appointments and was kind enough to reschedule, we'll reschedule a couple of times for me. The nurse was very nice and pleasant to work with from the time she called me back to the end. Now the dermatologist, she was very nice, friendly, and knowledgeable . So, 3 years ago I was referred to this office because of an old scar that started to erupt with blood and pus. Instead of addressing the problem they did a deep biopsy punch and sent me home. I was told to return in a month for a follow up. McKenzie George told me that it was not cancerous, sprayed a little liquid nitrogen on it and that was that. Both my insurance and I were charged for seeing a specialist. She is a PA. She did not fix the problem but made it worse. She left me with a large, open, bleeding sore in my forehead that is still open and bleeding. I left a bad review on their site which prompted an instant phone call from ms.george. she offered to see me at no charge. Seems she now suspects cancer and was surprised that I hadn't came back for a follow up. Good grief! I did the follow up and she didn't have a problem sending me home with a big hole in my head. She said that she was concerned 3 years ago but did not pursue anything. She told me 3 years ago the "it was fine and would heal" now she's back peddling. So....what the heck am I suppose to think? I don't know about the other members at this facility but i wouldn't send my worse enemy to her. She is at the least reckless, at worse she is dangerous. She doesn't seem to be very professional. I still have this mess on my head and it's not healing. Why can't medical "professionals" do their job like the rest of us? read more

I Am Not A Business That Has Hundreds($$)Of Reasons To Lie.I Am One Of Many You Are Trying To Rob By Not Being Honest With People.Denying That A Person Was Ever At A Business Is A Business's Default Go To Excuse.Why On Earth Would I Call A Business Back That I Already Tried To Explain Common Sense To.If I Was Charged A Copay,Having Not Been Informed That I Would Incure One At The Time Of Service And Then You Try To Collect On It Is Illegal In The State Of Montana.This Is Also Another Doctor's Office That Doesn't Understand The Medical Insurance Laws They Should Know(And I Think They Do) Working In The Medical Field.The Doctor I Saw Was Great And The Receptionist Was Very Nice But Was Clueless Or Knew Exactly What She Was Doing.You Notify The Patient Well Before Their Appointment That There Will Be A Copay/"Adjustment" And Ask For The Copay Upfront At The Time Of Service(Before You See The Doctor)Otherwise They Are Not Entitled To Any Money From Any Patient(It's The Law)And They Know That So They Obviously Perposely Fail To Mention It Some How In Their Heads Making It Ok To Break Insurance Laws So They Make Sure To Lock The Patient Into The Copay/"Adjustment" On Paper.What Other Reasons Would Their Be For This Pattern?Honest Medical Offices Do Not Do This. read more

Saw Dr. Ann Brewer about a growth on my skin that had quadrupled in size in 30 days. Her bedside manner was curt and abrupt. Making me feel comfortable or alleviating my fear was obviously not part of her "job". She barely communicated with me, only answering generic questions I had because I wasn't sure what to ask! I felt she wasn't sympathetic to my concerns. She didn't explain the removal of the growth or the care of the wound. When I asked about wound care she brushed me off and waved at the assistant and said "she will tell you that". I felt that was very condescending to me and the sweet staff. I was told I would be notified of my results in 7 to 10 days. Now, 14 days later still no information. So I called. The staff on the phone was nice but when I asked if Dr. Brewer would be calling to explain my results, I was told Dr. Brewer has the staff make those calls. Not impressed. My husband and I have been patients for years with Dr. Murdock. Now that he is retired, we won't be back. So sad the dramatic change. read more
