They were kind, professional, and made me feel cared for. I would return to them in a heartbeat if they were at any other med spa. But my experience with Naz, the injector, was the complete opposite, and I feel truly betrayed. I trusted her, and that trust was shattered. I was never clearly told what everything would cost or how much filler she planned to use. I walked out having been injected with what I was later told was around 8 vials of product -- far more than I ever agreed to or even imagined was appropriate. Over 6k! I kept trying to explain the subtle, natural look I wanted, and I felt completely ignored. Right now, I look in the mirror and I barely recognize myself. My face looks overfilled and unnatural, like it's full of product I never wanted. The bruising is severe and still hasn't gone down even after four days. I can't describe how upsetting and humiliating this has been. I feel taken advantage of -- emotionally, financially, and physically. If you're considering this place, my honest advice is this: Only go to Stadia Med Spa for facials and laser treatments. Stay far, far away from their injector, Naz. I tend to have a high pain tolerance and my go-to method of hair removal was brazilian wax and tweezing for underarms. The laser they use here apparently is one of the newest tech out. It doesn't hurt at all. Sara did a great job on constantly asking if I was doing okay and adjusting the laser intensity accordingly to my tolerance. Even when I was on my monthly cycle, Sara did a great job making me feel comfortable and working efficiently. (Just make sure you wear a tampon and take a shower before your appointment) The staff here does an amazing job at picking up their phones. They use online booking system to track appointments, sending forms you need to fill out before each session and processing payment. If you need to reschedule or want to come in earlier, they do a great job about being flexible and fitting you in. For underarms + brazilian laser hair removal, it always takes about 15-20min. They keep the facility very clean and very private. I have light skin tone with black hair so the laser was VERY EFFECTIVE on me. even after 1 session I had 80% reduction in hair growth! *If you have dark skin and dark hair or light skin and light colored hair the laser may not work so well on you bc the laser is shooting at PIGMENT so just keep that in mind before considering laser treatment!!! *
