When I told him I wanted to be a specific size, he said they don't do things that way. I was then given the option of different size implants with cc's and was told to figure out which size I wanted. When I chose the smaller size, the staff and doctor recommended I size up, that I wouldn't be happy enough. They said everyone decides that what they went with was too small and always wishes they had gone bigger. When I woke up from the surgery, the first thing I said was, I hated them they were too big, the staff blew me off with that response and told me to come back for my follow up appointment. At all of my follow up appointments I voiced my concern about how I still did not like the way I looked, that they were too large. I was ignored by both the staff and the doctor every time I voiced my opinion about it. After my last follow up it was as if I no longer existed. I have now lived this way since 2015 hating my breasts every day.

AGAIN, NOTHING CHANGED. She didn't do a single thing or single incision for the face and neck lift! I couldn't believe it. I went back again and told her that nothing we discussed was done. She agreed to do the face and neck lift with the appropriate incisions in office at no additional cost to me. When I spoke with the scheduler, they would only do it if I paid $500 for the use of the room. I paid it, and it was tentatively scheduled for May 2026. I haven't been back because I am skeptical that it will be done correctly a 3rd time, with more cuts on my face. I have paid $17,500 for nothing!! I could not be more dissatisfied. She is a nice lady, but I got NONE of what I paid for.
