I'm heartbroken and furious about what happened to me at Stadia Med Spa. I want to start by saying that Gina and Darby were absolutely wonderful -- their facials and laser treatments were the only good part of my experience. They were kind, professional, and made me feel cared for. I would return to them in a heartbeat if they were at any other med spa. But my experience with Naz, the injector, was the complete opposite, and I feel truly betrayed. I trusted her, and that trust was shattered. I was never clearly told what everything would cost or how much filler she planned to use. I walked out having been injected with what I was later told was around 8 vials of product -- far more than I ever agreed to or even imagined was appropriate. Over 6k! I kept trying to explain the subtle, natural look I wanted, and I felt completely ignored. Right now, I look in the mirror and I barely recognize myself. My face looks overfilled and unnatural, like it's full of product I never wanted. The bruising is severe and still hasn't gone down even after four days. I can't describe how upsetting and humiliating this has been. I feel taken advantage of -- emotionally, financially, and physically. If you're considering this place, my honest advice is this: Only go to Stadia Med Spa for facials and laser treatments. Stay far, far away from their injector, Naz. I never want anyone else to feel the shock, regret, and heartbreak I'm dealing with right now. read more

This medical spa is the best! I have regained my confidence since doing many treatments that they offer. My facial skin improved dramatically since doing Microneedling. Newer machine means you don't need sticky gel and hurts less. Cons: they aren't aware of their own products limitations and tried to sell me on cool sculpting which for someone like me is outside FDA regulations due to my BMI (size). Then tried to offer me other services like Cool Tone which also medically impossible since I have a Neuro implant. All the information was given in pamphlet that they provided me but must have not read themselves. Beware: if you sign up for their Care Credit Stadia will instantly charge you for upcoming services. Their policy is to not refund any money ever. I only applied over phone with clinic personnel. No signature and you won't find out interest rate until they send you a bill (even if no services were given). Mine were an outrageous 26.99%. Care Credit wouldn't reverse charge until Spa did reversal. Original appointment was 2 months after my cancellation of appointment. Spa doesn't refund, Care Credit doesn't refund, etc etc etc. read more

Had a great experience today with Jenny, the esthetician who performed my laser hair removal treatment. I have seen two other ladies and they were all great, but I'll request Jenny now. This spa is clean and staff is friendly. I feel like laser works better on some people than others, but I am optimistic. I am treating 4 areas and on two of them I have seen a big difference in my hair and two of them I need more treatments. The package costs are pretty reasonable! I just got my 8th treatment. Darby and Julian are amazing! If you want a personable, fun, relaxing experience check them out! Darby did laser hair removal on my legs and the results were so impressive. I felt totally comfortable the whole time and she was so fun to chat with. Julian gives the best massages in town and that's a FACT. The spa itself is beautiful and upscale. Love everything about that place. They used to serve yummy cucumber water. I think they stopped that due to Covid so hopefully that will be making a return. It was my first time to treat myself to a hydrafacial with Darby. Amazing! Relaxing! Worth every penny and minute of it. My face was way much cleaner, black heads absolutely gone from my nose, white heads make up and oil residue removed from my jaw line. I'm telling you! My face fuzz was removed too. I felt relaxed, refreshed and hydrated for sure. I'm sold! I highly recommend Stadia and of course you gotta meet the staff. A few months ago I got laser hair removal from Stadia Medical Spa and I waited to give my review so I could be upfront and honest with the results. I will first start off with saying, everyone is very nice and this is a very clean place. I do not think that anyone can feel uncomfortable ever going to this location. With that being said, there is room for improvement. I did a full body laser hair removal and I think my results would have been better and worth what I spent (which was full price right before lockdown happened) if I got the same treatment at every session. I had to go to different aestheticians during my treatments because of either scheduling issues with the aestheticians or my appointment was changed. I personally think that once a treatment is started, to stick with the same aesthetician if you can but that doesn't seem to be a priority for this facility. With that being said, I do wish each aesthetician did follow the same steps to ensure the treatment would be thorough. One person would do it one way and the other would do it completely differently and I do think it affected my results. I do have to give a very specific shoutout to Darby though! She was consistent, professional, hygenic, and definitely gave me the best results she could (when I got to see her). By far and large, go to her if you can. I can confidently say I was definitely overcharged for the results I got and one thing that immediately bothered me was being asked if I wanted to book a touchup package literally after my last session ended, and I mean literally as I went to pay for it. That is not a confident message to send those touchups will immediately be needed, especially since this procedure is not exactly the most comfortable. I won't be going back to Stadia Medical Spa for touchups because I am fine with how things are, but I do have to say that for others maybe it is the best place to go! Word of advice, only ever call in to make appointments or changes, it is not an easy experience trying to communicate with them by other means. When the lockdowns first happened, they never notified the customers that they were closed and that appointments would be rescheduled. I wasn't able to get a hold of them to see what was going on with my appointment until I called and someone happened to finally answer. They are super nice, super friendly, good cleaning practices, and there is zero judgment, but there is room for improvement. read more

9 months after receiving lipo I had some fatty areas left creating a crease in my stomach. I wasn't sure if cool sculpting would help so I booked a consultation. I met with Darby who was very nice and she told me emsculpt would "definitely" help flatten everything out. I booked my sessions and at my first appointment I met Naz who was the only person seeing all the appointments so she was very rushed. She didn't look at my file at all just asked what area I was doing. She was very pushy and I didn't feel I could ask her any questions but she confirmed after my four sessions I would "definitely" see results. My second, third, and fourth sessions were with Sienna who was definitely the most honest with me. She told me at my last appointment that I would definitely need 8 sessions to see the results I wanted and that cool sculpting would have been more ideal for what I was trying to achieve. She tried to work with me but I just wasn't interested in risking any more time and money. Overall the emsculpt didn't even begin to solve the problem I had and I really wish I hadn't thrown $1500 away. I will look into getting cool sculpting somewhere else. The biggest turn off to this spa was at my third appointment as I sat filling out my paperwork, the receptionist and 2 employees were at the front desk talking about how they recently had a slow tip day or as the receptionist put it "everyone was being so stingy." Maybe next time don't discuss that right in front of customers? I feel pretty ripped off. read more

Ok so here's an updated review. The first review I did was after my first visit and they told me I'd get a free facial if I did so. I did 9 sessions of full body laser hair removal, after like the fourth one I hardly noticed any difference. It has now been about two months since my last appointment (which they told me 9 sessions should do it for me) and I would say I still got as much hair as I did pre treatment. Some areas of my body like my arms and bottom part of my legs are a bit patchy but the rest of my body is pretty much the same. It is a lot of money that we spend on these kind of treatments and therefore we expect them to work... spend your money wisely ladies! read more

This is now my go to med spa. I've not been impressed with others in town and have often planned treatments elsewhere when I am in Dallas. Erin is an excellent esthetician. Informative and relaxing. My laser treatments have been very effective and their total body package was an outstanding deal. My massage therapist (a man) gave me the best massage I've had.
