I'll start off by saying everyone I encountered at this place was friendly! Another positive was the pricing for Botox as well as $50 off for being a first time patient. Now for the negative... it's been 2 weeks and I notice little to no difference in the areas I was given Botox. I was not expecting to be left with bruising for 2 weeks, swollen jaw nor numbness in my mouth and chin 3 weeks later. I had botox on my forehead and fillers around my mouth. They are nice on phone and when you first come into the office but not if you call them out on an issue. I found out CoolSculpting ELITE was recalled July 2021 by researching it online but Dermatouch RN didn't tell me. Some people may have paid for ELITE but the office used the older model LEGACY instead. I contacted the office on 12/22/2021 for a refund and the manager did not contact me back until 1/21/2022. They tried to offer me "store credit" instead of a full refund. WHY ON EARTH WOULD I COME BACK FOR ANY OTHER SERVICE IF THEY ARE DISHONEST AND ARE NOT FORTHCOMING WITH IMPORTANT INFO TO THEIR CUSTOMERS. If you used CoolSculpting ELITE before the faulty machine was fixed, you deserve a full refund. Will never return to this office. I filed a Better Business Bureau complaint as well. read more
