They have an app which makes it so easy for booking! Their team is amazing, talented and the work is quality! My nails and toe color last a month no problem! Today my nail artist was Victor and he is an amazing artist! My girls have worked with him before and he does beautiful work! As my usual person was not there - I booked Victor and though I normally do a single color , I wanted something different for vacation so I showed him a pic and did amazing work. They have a super cute Christmas menu so I went with the peppermint. The layout is adorable with all the little spoons and lemon slices (which they use to scrub your legs!!) Everything was super relaxing, excellent relaxing music, dim lights, I think at one point the massage chair had me so relaxed I fell asleep and my leg fell off of the little foot bench! The complimentary cosmopolitan was also excellent! Everything was super clean, they clean chairs and tubs immediately after each person. The only thing I didn't like is that I got regular polish, not gel, and they don't have a quick dry spray to dry your nails. Not even a quick dry polish, so even being super careful, 2 of my nails got scuffed. If I come back here, which is likely, I am bringing my own quick dry polish. My skin reacts badly to the UV lamps and I don't want to be forced to leave with wet polish on my toes. I may even bring my own quick dry spray.

While I was living in Las Vegas, my naturally thin nails (despite taking tons of supplements and applying daily nail oil!) experienced trauma during a fill, and all of my nails needed extra care afterward -- I spent seven months slugging them with nail oil and thick cream to help them recover. I was so happy to return to San Antonio after the long hiatus and get back in Eva's chair. Before applying gel, she did a very light buff to help protect my natural nails. Thanks to her careful technique, my nails can continue growing out healthy without any further damage. Beyond her skill and attention to nail health, Eva is also so creative and always wears the most inspirational designs. If you want someone who truly cares about her clients while delivering beautiful results, Eva is absolutely the best!

I have been a regular customer of this nail salon for about a year now. The girl that did my nails the most recent time, filed them so hard there are cuts on my fingers. The gel is very thick/uneven and the gel is flooded into the cuticles. She did not look at the picture of the design I wanted and instead did her own thing. I am so disappointed. When I went to pay, my price was significantly higher than expected and despite asking questions I never received a clear answer as to why. $95 for a fill of this quality and leaving my nails in pain is not acceptable.

I went here for a full set of pink and white acrylics. At first, I was happy with them and thought they looked great. Fast forward to today--I looked down and noticed something wasn't right. So, I went back to the salon. The man at the front assured me, "We'll fix it. We'll make it right." That sounded fair, so I sat down. After the technician looked at my nails, she stepped away and came back with the same man. He told me I needed an entirely new set because my nails were lifting. I reminded him that I had just gotten this set done here less than two weeks ago. He then said he would "only charge me for a fill" and even give me a discount on top of that. Based on what he told me, I agreed because he said it would be less than $50, which he said was the fill price for pink and white. When I got to the register, my total was $85. More than the 1st defective set! I questioned the price because he had told me it would be about $50 with a discount. His response was that pink and white fills cost extra and that he "didn't charge me to remove the old set." Excuse me? The only reason the old set had to be removed was because it was lifting after less than two weeks. Not charging me to remove their own defective work is not a discount. Instead of trying to understand why I was upset, he argued with me and acted like I was the one being unreasonable. I told him I wouldn't be back, and he sarcastically replied, "Okay." Meanwhile, the other owner--who had been talking just fine before--suddenly seemed to have no idea what was going on while the first man continued making insulting comments in another language, that anyone could see. I confronted them about it and they froze...surprise, translator apps exist.  The entire experience was incredibly unprofessional. Standing behind your work and treating customers with respect goes a long way, and unfortunately, I received neither. I won't be returning, and I can't recommend this salon to anyone. If you decide to try them, just be aware that if something goes wrong with their work, don't expect them to truly make it right and they will be very rude about it too.

The guy who did my pedicure was nice and did a good job. The one who did my manicure seemed very…read morerushed and not even sure he said a word to me. Cut 3 different cuticles! I asked for my nails to be trimmed a bit and they were cut as short as they possibly could be.
