I made an appointment for their $99 cryoskin treatment off of instagram and within two days they messaged/ called me over 20 times and rescheduled my appointment for 3:30pm, 4:45pm, and 4:30pm. Then, the day of my appointment they texted me four hours ahead of time and said they were closed for maintenance. I would be careful booking here because something feels off. Had a Saturday appointment. Day before the spa called me to confirm my appointment. About 1 hour later I got a call from another staff at the spa and they tried to reschedule due to staffing shortages, I declined to reschedule as I'm not available during the week. So they reluctantly said ok. Afyterwards I was asked to complete 2 different forms because they wanted to use my before and after photos. I was told that this session would be free and that I would be receiving 24 more vists for $200/mo no interest. After paperwork was completed- he said it's $300/mo and 35.9% APR. I said no. Cancel everything. The Italian guy tells me the refund person will contact me shortly. I called 2 days later asking about status of cancellation. The same Italian guy was acting surprised, and tried to get me to keep the program. I insisted on cancellation and refund. Since the date of the initial appointment they have not responded. I have left voicemails, texts and call daily. I will be visiting them in person this Saturday if I haven't heard back. More to come. read more

I scheduled a facial off of Facebook for a $99 special that they said was a $499 value. I scheduled it for 11 o'clock and when they sent an automated text to make the $25 deposit it said it was for 12 o'clock. I tried to call multiple times and text multiple times to confirm the time with no response. I did get someone to answer briefly the day of the appointment and when I tried to confirm with that person, they hung up on me. I tried to call three more times and they refused to answer. The unprofessionalism that I've experienced with this company is impressive. Massive Customer Service fail. Do not recommend. read more

The woman who did my facial was very nice and did a great job. However they rescheduled my appointment 3 times in 1 day, one of the times I was actually sitting in the parking lot. Rescheduled from 10 to 12:30 to 1:45, messed up my entire day. I also received a text saying they were going to be closed for maintenance, when I texted the scheduling number about that they seemed to have no idea what I was talking about and told me to ignore any messages not from that number. Then when it was finally time for my appointment they never even acknowledged that they had changed it so many times. No sorry about the inconvenience or thanks for being so understanding. Like it had never happened. Also the manager is way too pushy about selling facial packages. Giving suggestions and pricing is fine but if you are going to continue with trying to sell me the package for 20 minutes I'm going to say no even if it's something I'm interested it. BEWARE! There is a 24 hour refund policy in the fine print at the bottom of your contract for future services. You must clearly state you want a refund; no ambiguity! They will drag their feet purposely to make you exceed their 24 hour policy and then will only offer store credit. BEWARE! read more

I saw an ad on Facebook for a special deal on their signature hydro lift facial; special was for $99 normally $400. I don't know who would pay $400 for a standard facial but okay. I had been painting the three days prior and really felt like I could use a facial to clean my skin so I went online and made the appointment. This facial was supposed to include their 14 karat gold mask which i did not receive but part way through my facial, one of the ladies walked in and let me know they were adding a bonus procedure free of charge. The aesthetician Kayla asked the woman if that would be okay since she had already done the cryotherapy and the woman said no problem. Is that true? I don't know but they went ahead and did it. I have no issue with Kayla whatsoever; she was wonderful and kind and asked me questions along the way to make sure I was comfortable (she's the reason they are getting two stars and not one!). My issue came when after a lovely hour long relaxing facial, I was escorted into the 'consultation room' (which I had been led into prior to my procedure and was upsold to have the facial extend to my neck as well. That was an additional $79 but thought what the heck, I'm on vacation) where I was told that they would show me my before and after photos which looked exactly the same obviously but in my after photos my skin was 'so much more hydrated'.....of course it was, it was still glowing from the moisturizer that was just placed on my skin! Anyway, the gentleman proceeds to go into his sales pitch on their products and this package and that and this deal comes with the red light therapy wand and so on. All for the low low price of $4995. This! This is why I don't go and have what should be relaxing procedures done as often as I would like because of the sales pitches at the end. Why can't women make an appointment for a procedure and go in and get that procedure and leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated as intended?!? Oh, and the cherry on the cake! At the checkout desk they ask you to scan the QR code and leave a review for the aesthetician and she will get a reward for reviews. I scan the code and the girl at the desk asks me if I saw the confetti....i was like what are you talking about and she's like here let me show you and turns my phone towards herself and proceeds to hit five stars and the continue button and then said you can leave a short review saying Kayla was great and then you will see the confetti. What she actually did was try and manipulate me into leaving a five star review. They must think their customers are stupid and that I didn't know exactly what her intention was. I never said I would leave a five star review but by her 'helping' me, that's exactly what would have happened. Extremely manipulative and would never go back and will warn all my local friends and family about this place. read more

I don't know where to begin. The sales tactics are abhorrent, and the customer service is terrible! I posted a review about my experience with the salesperson and I was pleasantly surprised to get a call from a customer service representative saying they wanted to make it right. They offered me some free services and when I chose the services I wanted, they said they would call the spa to schedule and get back with me the next day. I never heard from them again. I have called and left messages and texted and no one responds. Also, I bought a package where I'm supposed to get the Hydro lift treatment six times plus a micro needling. The two subsequent times I've been they have not done the Hydro lift, but have written on the sheet that they did. And finally, the sales person knew I have a pacemaker. I wrote it on my intake sheet and we discussed it, but she still added micro needling to my package. The day before my micro needling appointment I went to fill out a consent form they sent me and it said I couldn't do micro needling if I had a pacemaker. So now I need to know what treatment I can do in place of the micro needling since I paid for that, but I cannot reach anyone. They don't answer their phone, their voicemail box is full, and they don't reply to SMS messages. Save yourself a lot of money and frustration and do not go to to DermaVe. read more

tl:dr This place is unprofessional and waste of time, the deal is probably a scam upsell This place is a joke and needs to sort out how they run their business. After getting spammed by them for weeks across multiple social media sites, I sign up for a deal they're offering but don't select an appointment time since I need to arrange childcare to come in and still need to sort my schedule. I get a call from a gentleman asking me to book. I explain I need to arrange my schedule and will book shortly, but take the opportunity to ask him about the treatment and if it requires any downtime, etc. He says no downtime, most people see results after one treatment, etc etc. I come in for the treatment a few days later, arriving a few minutes before my scheduled appointment. They ask me to sit in the waiting room and fill out a form via text message. I finish it in 5 minutes and wait. Around 20 minutes later, the receptionist asks me if I am done and I tell her I finished it awhile ago. She's surprised and it's clear she doens't know how to operate the system on her end. After waiting awhile longer, she takes me back for more intake prior to treatment. She asks if I'm having a good, relaxing day and if it's my day off. She asks about my skin care routine and to specify the amount of retinol in an over the counter product I used the night before. I tell her I don't know because the product was purchased overseas but I know it's not much because A) It's over the counter and B) I am a regular retinol user and this product is completely non-irritating or sun sensitive. She asks me how I like the country I purchased this product in, and follows up with multiple questions about the food, how I like the culture, it's so great to travel and see other cultures etc. Asks if this is the only time I've been out of the country. I say No. She asks where else I have been. I say lots of places. She asks which ones. At this point, I feel like I am in a Seinfeld episode and remind her that we are now 25 mins past my appointment time and I would like to get home before my baby wakes up from a nap. She leaves the room and then comes back to inform me that because I used this product, I can't get the treatment today. I'm pretty annoyed at this point because if that's the case, they should have done intake over the phone ahead of the appointment to prevent people like me from doing things like securing childcare and paying for an Uber to have a ridiculous conversation with someone who apparently just learned how to talk to humans. The esthetician didn't even bother to speak to me herself, the man on the phone could have given me a heads-up about any pre-qualifying information. Coming here for this review I now see others that show me I was about to experince a bait and switch and upsell anyway. Stay clear of this clown show. read more

Absolutely a rip off! Simon is sweet as long as you are buying something. The minute you are uninterested watch him do a Jekel and Hyde on you. This entire SPA gives off SCAM. They run deals and specials on social media to get you in office. Once there will up sale you on an EXPENSIVE packets. They show before and after pictures, which after some investigation are not actual costumers. As one of the pictures shown I found on a different SPA website. BEWARE! This business has barely been open for a year. Already has a BBB compliant with no response from them. There are better reputable SPA.
