After getting blown off by two other HVAC companies, we unknowingly reconnected with Nick. He did come out on. Monday at 9:48pm after a few texts reminding him we were waiting. He assessed the problem, promised us a quote the next morning- we never heard back from Nick after. We contacted him four times, he even read my text as we both have iPhones and can see if a text is read. He is the most unreliable person I've ever encountered and will be surprised if he stays in business for any length of time. Wake up Nick!

The job they were presently on was taking more time to finish and they would start a day later. They were very understanding when work had to be delayed because of my husband's passing. They would start work when I was ready, immediately. Everyone was so supportive at this difficult time for me. I checked the prices online for the exact materials they they used and even priced the kitchen sink faucet before they picked it up. The workers were courteous and great communicators but whoever decides their pricing was trying to get one over on me. Also, they weren't able to finish the whole job, although admittedly a few tasks were added last minute. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone despite the guys that actually did the work being capable and helpful.

The old furnace and duct work were not installed correctly- shoddy. Jerimiah and his crew came out the next week and installed the correct size furnace, corrected duct work and vent work to run efficiently. They were done in a day and did not cut corners. I had absolutely no idea our unit wasn't purchased from his business, but on the "marketplace". I don't know what that is. I never once went to his home and picked up the unit. I signed a contract, we had a date for the install, he came on the date - bringing the unit with him, and installed it. We shut it down for the winter and when we started it back up the following spring, it would only blow out warm air. Jim did come down to our home in June of that year with a temporary fix. He had to order a part , said it would be in quickly, and would be back to fix it. We never heard back so I messaged him several times. I was told he was working on a huge job and couldn't get to it just then. I waited a while and messaged him again. I was then told his family had suffered the devastating effects from the hurricane last year and he was helping them. I still have the messages I replied to him with stating my concern for them and to take care of his family. This spring rolls along and I messaged and called him with no reply. It wasn't until I placed this negative review on yelp that he finally came and fixed it. At no cost. Of course it's at no cost. He told us last year it was covered under warranty.
