I am extremely disappointed with the level of care and communication from this office. After multiple online prescription refill requests and several phone calls, I was repeatedly told that my refill was being handled and that everything was set. Despite those assurances, it took 11 days for my prescription to actually be refilled, creating unnecessary stress and inconvenience. The issues continued when I had a physical appointment scheduled, only for the office to cancel it the day of and reschedule me with a new provider. That provider then canceled the appointment the day before it was supposed to happen. The final incident was especially concerning. I brought my 8-year-old son to the walk-in clinic one evening, and despite there being no patients waiting, we were refused care because the office claimed I had transferred his care elsewhere. This was confusing and frustrating, especially since my entire family had been patients at this practice. Healthcare requires trust, communication, and reliability. Unfortunately, after these repeated experiences, we no longer feel confident continuing care here and will be transferring our entire family to another practice. read more

I have found the PA's to be more attentive to serious medical situations than the doctors. The practice has grown so fast that the doctors don't have time to follow up with patients. Most times you are referred to a PA Even when a patient has a very serious condition that leads to hospitalization and death. Also, the staff And doctors don't have time to answer requests for refills on prescriptions. I finally called today because a request from my pharmacy has no follow up at DMC. I was told today they are 900 prescriptions behind. read more

These are the worst medical people on the planet. Fiat doctor pill pushers is what you're gonna get when you go to these people. I had Dr. DAN and I asked him to do my bloodwork and he would not do it. He gave me what he wanted to give me because he's an insurance doctor and he pushes pills for a living. So I did my own bloodwork and I wanted to talk it over with Dr. DAN but he would not return my phone calls for four weeks. So I decided to make an appointment, but Dr. DAN wouldn't see me. I guess he was very very busy so I saw Dr. Kim. I had everything sent over so I could look at my results and I sent them a copy so they could look at my results but when I got to the office, she didn't have the copy and she said oh let me see your phone. I did not want to give her my phone as it's my phone so I gave it to her. She scanned it and said oh no you're fine. I wanted to go over my bloodwork, not being told that I'm fine. I know how I feel. The problem is this is the only medical place around, so I'll be driving somewhere else from now on. In the big picture, it's not dairy medical's fault. The whole medical industry is fraught with this kind of medicine. These doctors don't know any better. They're only taught what they're taught unfortunately they still have an arrogant attitude of. I have been going to DMC for almost 30 years, I love my doctor so I continue going here, but they have grown so much that communication is nil! Too many people and a lot of outsourcing so you cannot even speak to corporate or admins in person. Messages are almost never returned, follow ups never addressed (they've LOST important paperwork and no one cares), phone numbers are incorrect even though you correct them each time. They used to have a handful of doctors that were good at their job, now they have so many MD's, PA's, NP's and DO's that it seems they hire anyone looking for a position. The few I have encountered when my doctor was unavailable, are useless. They don't know you nor take the time to review your history. My son has had issues with DMC for several years and finally left and found a doctor he loves. I would urge you to consider how important it is to your health to seek someone who is aware of you OR go to a factory where you can be just another number. read more

Terrible follow-up. I have had multiple labs tests done and never receive follow-up. I finally call 2 weeks later and they say "they thought someone called". I have also had my medical history mixed up with another patient and friends of mine have had the same experience. read more

This practice is incredibly dysfunctional when it come to administrative matters. Phone calls don't get returned in a timely manner, it is virtually impossible to get referrals sent. They don't put in lab orders when they say they are going to, so you go to the lab after fasting, only to find out the orders were not placed. I would not recommend transferring your care here. read more

I switched to DMC and I'm really happy so far. The nurses and doctors are very thoughtful and loving to their patients. I feel bad that covid is putting so much strain on everyone. But they're adapting well and still make an effort to make it work well. Dr. weatherby is wonderful. I think Janet at the front desk needs to work on her customer service skills as she comes off very condescending and deliberately rude/ dismissive. read more

This practice does not accept TRICARE, even as a secondary medical insurance. I view this as a deliberate slap to veterans who have honorably served and earned our Nation's military health insurance, only to have it denied by private providers. I went to another practice in Londonderry that accepts Medicare/TRICARE for Life. read more

I have been going to Derry Medical Center for about 2-3 years. Daniel-Waszkowski was my doctor in the beginning; however, as time passed I would have to wait 3 months for an appointment and then the appointment would be canceled. They would always tell me that they called, but my area code is 609 not 603, so i never got the call. To make it worse i would have to see another doctor just so i could have an appointment. Daniel-Waszkowski is an AMAZING doctor (best doctor that i have ever had), but if you cannot see him, what is the point? I had lab results that they needed to talk with me, and again, they called the wrong number. Same thing with referrals.... To conclude, the doctors are amazing, but the receptionists are horrible. If you want a primary care that plays with your health, go to Derry Medical Center. When trying to figure out referrals, the would send me to the automated system, i would leave a message and then never hear back, as they call the wrong number. Update: Issue resolved. read more

DMC home of ten minute doctors. It is sad insurance companies determine how long a doctor spends his time on patients. As a result the doctors here provide zero consultations regarding your health. I have been going here for over 10 years but mostly in good health. I developed arthritis in my cervical area and have received such poor care that I am looking for another provider. They don't have the time nor inclination to consult you on your care. After having this arthritis spread down my back they offered zero recommendations for treatments. They are interested in your money not your health. Go elsewhere. read more

worst experience ever. my daughter was really in pain and tania with a t ( that is how she spelled it for me) told me that cuz pcp wasnt updated they couldnt get my daughter in, even thu she was there a month ago just for physical and they didnt say anything about that. they picked the worst time to go thru policies.... why didnt say anything when we went just for her physical. i do understand that there are rules to follow but come on after two years that my daughter goes there you pick the time your patient is in pain????? really???? and tania technically told me that this is not a new policy when i called back two people just told me that is a new policy and tania wrote it in the notes. tania is the worst office manager that derry medical center can have and really i feel for everybody who works for her. she has no customer services experience at all and if she does.. she really doesnt know how to treat people at all. she is a horrible representation of derry medical center and i will not go there anymore. they did the same when my husband had kidney stones... they put on hold for hours.... and they told him he didnt pay his coopay and they wouldnt get him in. he almost die of pain .... we went to urgent care and they didnt believe it... after all this we gave them another chance and there she is tania who is not professional at all telling me how to learn about policies and pcp while my daughter is next to me with a ear pain.... and she hung up .... horrible manager no human touch at all read more
