She acted like answering basic questions was an inconvenience and moved at an unreasonably slow pace despite the office being completely empty. An empty waiting room should have been a red flag--and after reading other reviews, it's obvious this place has a pattern of poor service. This was not a one-off bad day; it's how they operate. To make matters worse, they seem more focused on overcharging than actually helping patients. There was little to no effort to work with insurance, which feels intentional and predatory. On June 7th they changed the name, when we posted what was viewed as a negative comment on August 12th, it was quickly removed by the chiropractor who is the "doctor" of the program. Buyer Beware! You will be out anywhere from $1500-$2500 and have a box of drops to show for it. There is no support and even the FB members don't participate. Will you lose weight? Yes, but it's because you will only be eating an average of 700 calories per day.
