I contacted the…read moreservice department on Friday (10/11) to schedule a changing of my tires on my vehicle and was told that someone would call me back. I waited over an hour for someone to reach back out and no one did. So, I called back and was transferred to Nicole. She wasn't available but she did call me right back. Here is where it got interesting. I told her the service I needed, and she proceeded to give me the price of the factory tire that I have on my vehicle. I asked her did I have any other options for tires. She responded by saying "No, this is the only tire that is in my system that fits your vehicle." I told her that I had looked on the my GMC app and saw that I had options, she was like thats the app not here. I asked her if they could be ordered and with alot of attitude she was like no we can't order those this is the only tire for your vehicle. So then I told her that I had spoken to someone in the parts department a while back and they had given me options. She replied to me very rudely and and said I would be more than happy to transfer you to "___" in the service department. I can't remember the guys name she called. I was transferred to a lady in the parts department and she ordered me tires that would be appropriate for my budget. Now she was extremely helpful. I will say this, Nicole almost made me choose a different dealership to service my vehicle. I didn't buy my vehicle from All-Star but I chose them to service my vehicle because they were the closest to me. After, the way I was talked to on the phone I almost said forget about it being close and drive wherever I needed to go to get my vehicle fixed. The lady who I spoke to in the parts department made me change my mind. If Nicole would have simply said I can check with our parts department or transfer you there I wouldn't be writing this review. Instead, she chose to argue with my and treat me like I didn't know what I was talking about.

I was told that i would receive detailed car washes and tinted glass out of the deal on my new vehicle. A detailed wash on a new vehicle should be effortless right?? They ran it through a car wash and left it to air dry. They didn't wash the windows, vacuum, or clean the inside. I expressed my disdain. They picked it up to tint it and "detailed" it again. The inside was vacuumed this go around; however, debris from it being a new vehicle (carpet rubbings, plastic on door handles, etc.) and prints from other testers was left as is. Wow! I'm sure they put the tint on dirty windows. I suppose to get four details out of the deal. This is horrible! And the tint on the brow has bubbles. That's unacceptable. Hindsight: Make the drive to Texas like I should have done.

Not only does the leadership of this car dealership (MAVERICK DEMOLLE) NOT value his customers, this dealership is also slow to repair their damaged used vehicles that are extremely overpriced, in my opinion. I suggest Black people in the Lake Charles area never buy a car from MAVERICK DEMOLLE or any dealership he is associated with, unless you enjoy spending your money with people that dislike you because of the color of your skin.
