I was totally nervous using a dealership's service department, because Dodge messed me up bad. (I had a dodge years ago, but I have a Toyota now.) Toyota in Lake Charles took my car in quickly the other day and was so kind and courteous. They even charged less than originally quoted. That makes me feel better ...like they won't charge for extra stuff or try to find more wrong just to make more money. My car came back today in great shape and I'm glad. I will continue to use this service department.
