At the time the service was…read morecompleted, there was no mention of any issues or pre-existing damage during the detailing process. It was only after I noticed and brought up the damage that I was told it had "already been there." This contradicts the claim that any concerns were discussed beforehand. To clarify, the area is discoloration mentioned in Jesus's comment was from a side panel of the back seat which I acknowledged after the service that it was already there. The area of concern is separate from the damage shown in the photos and not what I am referring to in my complaint. What is most concerning is the lack of accountability. After Jesus left, I reached out to express my frustration. We exchanged a few messages, and then communication stopped entirely. I received no follow-up, no resolution, and no effort to address the issue. Being ignored after raising a legitimate concern only added to the disappointment. I drive my vehicle daily and am very familiar with its condition. Even my husband, who frequently drives my car, confirmed that the discoloration and roughness on the gear shifter were not present prior to the detailing. His vehicle is nearly 10 years older than mine, yet his gear shifter shows far less wear. It is unreasonable to suggest that this level of damage was already there. Mistakes can happen, but professionalism is demonstrated through honesty, accountability, and willingness to make things right. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Based on how this situation was handled, I would caution others and recommend asking detailed questions and documenting your vehicle's condition before service. I hope this company takes feedback seriously and improves transparency, communication, and accountability moving forward.
