It was only after I noticed and brought up the damage that I was told it had "already been there." This contradicts the claim that any concerns were discussed beforehand. To clarify, the area is discoloration mentioned in Jesus's comment was from a side panel of the back seat which I acknowledged after the service that it was already there. The area of concern is separate from the damage shown in the photos and not what I am referring to in my complaint. What is most concerning is the lack of accountability. After Jesus left, I reached out to express my frustration. We exchanged a few messages, and then communication stopped entirely. I received no follow-up, no resolution, and no effort to address the issue. Being ignored after raising a legitimate concern only added to the disappointment. I drive my vehicle daily and am very familiar with its condition. Even my husband, who frequently drives my car, confirmed that the discoloration and roughness on the gear shifter were not present prior to the detailing. His vehicle is nearly 10 years older than mine, yet his gear shifter shows far less wear. It is unreasonable to suggest that this level of damage was already there. Mistakes can happen, but professionalism is demonstrated through honesty, accountability, and willingness to make things right. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Based on how this situation was handled, I would caution others and recommend asking detailed questions and documenting your vehicle's condition before service. The gentleman (I'm so sorry I don't remember his name) arrived at 8am and worked for 8 hours detailing every bit of my husbands car. This wasn't a slap job or a quick detail. Requested a quote for interior detailing on Yelp. They were very responsive, quoted $180, and were great when I had to reschedule the appointment the day before. The cleaner, Jesus showed up on time and finished in the estimated 4-5 hours. All my car doors were open when I was called down, I assume to air the car out. He broke the radio volume knob during cleaning but not a big deal. I did a detailed inspection of the interior and everything looked good. I went to pay with my credit card, but his card reader didn't work. Ended up using Venmo and I forgot to use Goods and Services, which was a mistake. When I came back a couple hours later, I finally saw the damage on the exterior of my car. Lots of cleaner residue on side mirrors, white spots all over. Then I noticed the chipped paint on my rear passenger door. It was in the same side the cleaning van was parked where all his equipment was going in and out. There were no other cars next to me that entire afternoon, so it was very unlikely to have come from anything else. Plus the shape of the chip would not match someone opening their car door into mine. Can't prove anything, but it certainly seems like Jesus caused it and tried to hide it by leaving my doors open. I messaged Jesus and didn't get any response. The person who scheduled the appointment did get back to me but they denied everything. When I told him there wasn't any other cars around me, he said that's all the info I got from Jesus. They basically blew me off. read more

Got vomit on the passenger side floor of the car, and needed a quick interior detail to shampoo the area and restore it as if nothing happened. I wanted to get rid of any staining and odor. Jesus was the only one to actually read my request through Yelp and give me an accurate and reasonable quote for the work to be performed, out of more than five other companies. While he is mobile, he informed me he cannot perform work on public property (I live in an apartment), so I was willing to go to him instead.
