I asked him several times to not do that, and even got out a fender cover to protect the paint, and he still continued to do it. The other Prime Auto Glass employee kept asking him to stop as well. Bottom line, they would not fix the small rock chip because they said it had too many spider cracks radiating from it, and made a mess all over the hood and A pillar of my car. Just showed up and 5 minutes later had an appointment on the day and at the time I wanted to have a new windshield put in. Alex was friendly and professional from the time I rolled into the parking lot. He did a great job explaining the procedure, asked if I had any questions and made the drop-off so easy. Within the timeframe I was given, and with a text notification, I was informed that the car was ready to be picked up. Last minute I requested the rain repell treatment be put on the new windshield and Alex didn't blink, didn't balk. He just said it'll be done before you get here. And it was. The shop in Sandy on 114th is great. Highly recommended. These guys are to most auto shops in the area what Trader Joes is to Walmart (no offense Walmart but does any associate smile?).
