Ryan, (believe is the owner or a manager?) went above and beyond in several ways. Retired vet with moderate brain damage and I needed a lot of things explained to me. He sat and chatted for over an hour making sure i grasped every part of the process before leaving him with the keys. We do happen to have the exact same trucks, color and everything, so our chat wasn't limited to powder coating... Then he actually impressed me. As I was getting ready to leave he noticed a car had not come and asked if I was walking home. I was. He immediately asked where i lived, it wasn't far, 2 or 3 miles. Then, if willing to wait maybe fifteen minutes, that he'd be happy to drive me home. When time came to pick up my rig, again there was trouble getting there before close of business. He happily waited, keeping the doors open a little longer. Topping that off, the rims look amazing. We had agreed to paint match the center caps, but he forgot. I did not even notice as the overall presentation was exactly what i wanted. He told me when he was explaining why the price was lower than what we agreed on. Which I also didn't ask about, he simply explained up front. This shop is honest, fair priced, knowledgeable, courteous, and do great work. It isn't the easiest location to get to during times of traffic, but they're worth it.
