They don't group kids with the same age bracket even though they'll tell you otherwise, had 10/11 Year olds playing 8/9 year olds and they just sake it off.

The second game also started roughly 10 minutes late. We had the minimum number of players required to start (5 players), and at no point did any referee or staff member tell us we were going to forfeit due to being late. Near the end of the second half, a staff member came over smiling and sarcastically said, "You guys know you already lost the game, right?" This was the first time anyone had mentioned a forfeit. Naturally, we stopped the game to ask what was going on. The response was simply that we had already lost by walkover (WO). After that, our team decided to leave. What happened afterward was even more frustrating. A few days later, while I was working with a client and waiting for an important call from a bank, I received a call. I answered and only heard "Indoor 5," so I ended the call because I was in the middle of business. I never spoke with anyone about leaving the league. Later, when I asked why we had not received the schedule for the next games, I was told the manager assumed we did not want to continue because they had called me and I supposedly said no. That never happened. We never had that conversation. They removed our entire team from the league based on an assumption without ever confirming anything with me. When I explained to the manager Alfredo that I was working and never actually spoke with anyone, his response was rude and unprofessional. He compared the situation to losing a client because I didn't return a call. He said "if a client calls you and you don't answer or call back do you think they're doing business with you?" The difference is that before removing a paying team from a league, you should actually speak with them and confirm their intentions rather than making assumptions. Mistakes happen, but the lack of communication, the sarcastic treatment from staff, and the decision to remove our team without ever having a real conversation is absurd. Several players adjusted their work schedules and personal commitments to participate in this league, so being removed without any direct conversation or confirmation was extremely frustrating Everything happened this past week 5/25/26-Today 5/31/26

I signed my son up for their summer soccer camp, which is horrendously run by the way, with no skills or drills being taught to the kids. Furthermore, my son was harassed and bullied by the manager, named Cassidy, because he was crying after I dropped him off for camp today. I called this afternoon to withdraw him from tomorrow's camp that I pre-paid for, and that's when Cassidy, informed me that they don't offer any refunds. NO WHERE on the application for soccer camp does it state that they don't offer refunds. Which is the definition of deceptive trade practices in Nevada. She told me that when I signed the waiver (for my son's birthday party LAST year - that supposedly I agreed to no refunds for ANY activities at this facility). So if you sign their waiver for a birthday party, they will refuse to give you your money back in the event you sign up for any future activities at this facility. Nevada Revised Statutes § 598.092, businesses that do not offer refunds or exchanges are legally required to inform customers by doing one of the following: Printing a statement on the face of the sales receipt. Printing a statement on the price tag. Posting a sign in an open and conspicuous place measuring at least 8 × 10 inches with boldface letters. Failure to clearly communicate a "no refunds" policy means the business could be considered guilty of deceptive trade practices. I will be filing a complaint with the Attorney General's Office for deceptive trade practices against this corrupt business.

This is disruptive to others, annoying for the coaches and worst of all it is bad for the kids they are trying to comfort. The parents should realize that letting their kid figure things out and not having mommy or daddy to run/cry to is actually the best thing you can do for a toddler. My daughter was placed in the same class four times in a row, to the point that she had aged beyond the intended age range. I was told she could not advance because she still wanted us on the field, while the next class required children to participate without parents. That reasoning did not make much sense to me. If parents are already on the field actively participating, it seems completely normal for a three-year-old to seek them out. My daughter also attends swimming lessons independently without us present and does extremely well, so we know she is capable of participating independently when that is the structure of the class. More importantly, every class was essentially identical. The coaches went through the same routine each time without much individualized instruction or attention to what each child actually needed to improve. Repeating the exact same activities over and over did not feel like meaningful coaching or development. I was also troubled by the inconsistency in how advancement appeared to be handled. I watched boys move on to the next class even though they also frequently relied on their parents and had regular tantrums during class. Whether intentional or not, the inconsistent standard felt unfair and raised concerns for me about how advancement decisions were being made. When I finally asked to register her for the age-appropriate class, the manager I spoke with was extremely rude and dismissive rather than trying to understand the concern or work toward a solution. For the price they charge, I expected experienced coaches, thoughtful instruction, consistent standards, and professional customer service. Unfortunately, that was not our experience.
