We signed up a full team for the league and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. Our first game started about 20 minutes late. The second game also started roughly 10 minutes late. We had the minimum number of players required to start (5 players), and at no point did any referee or staff member tell us we were going to forfeit due to being late. Near the end of the second half, a staff member came over smiling and sarcastically said, "You guys know you already lost the game, right?" This was the first time anyone had mentioned a forfeit. Naturally, we stopped the game to ask what was going on. The response was simply that we had already lost by walkover (WO). After that, our team decided to leave. What happened afterward was even more frustrating. A few days later, while I was working with a client and waiting for an important call from a bank, I received a call. I answered and only heard "Indoor 5," so I ended the call because I was in the middle of business. I never spoke with anyone about leaving the league. Later, when I asked why we had not received the schedule for the next games, I was told the manager assumed we did not want to continue because they had called me and I supposedly said no. That never happened. We never had that conversation. They removed our entire team from the league based on an assumption without ever confirming anything with me. When I explained to the manager Alfredo that I was working and never actually spoke with anyone, his response was rude and unprofessional. He compared the situation to losing a client because I didn't return a call. He said "if a client calls you and you don't answer or call back do you think they're doing business with you?" The difference is that before removing a paying team from a league, you should actually speak with them and confirm their intentions rather than making assumptions. Mistakes happen, but the lack of communication, the sarcastic treatment from staff, and the decision to remove our team without ever having a real conversation is absurd. be careful they'll put your small child in an overfilled class with children twice their size when I asked for them to verify if the child that was 5 foot 4 in the six-year-old class was actually five or six they said "everyone was of age" The disparity made it to where he was hurting the other children, stomping on them stepping on them, and my only choice was to remove my child and put him in a different class again instead of trying to accommodate me or be kind in any regard they basically just told me it was none of my business offered me an ice pack and told me I had to switch my kid if I wanted- I told them that there was another parent coming to complain as well -----they could care less Not sure the safety protocols here, but super upsetting to know how much you can spend at a place like this with such little regard for the kids safety read more

I love indoor5 I have been going here since their old location! My son has been on some of the house teams here but also been on teams that aren't house teams and we love it either way . I have played in the adult leagues also & all the staff here are amazing , the refs here are very professional & do their job ! Management also does a great job when I have had issues with league times or anything regarding adult/youth league. I've gone to the other indoor soccer facility here in Vegas & I hated it, the energy is very negative & all the staff there is so rude . I can't say much about the staff in general. But I absolutely will speak the truth on the refs. They are cliqued up and buddy buddy with certain players/teams. And that bias shows. I hate to speak bad on referees, I think they get too much hate for just doing their job and I'm not that guy. But these refs aren't even doing their job. They're watching other fields and standing in the way and gossiping with players during a game with the ball in action. I was baffled. And don't expect this to change soon, because I've seen them get in their feelings and complain to management to go as far as remove teams from leagues. I took my hyper active 2 year old to a trial class here, he was not paying attention or following directions at all. They showed him such kindness and patience that he normally would not receive from anyone but family. I personally don't think he is ready yet but in a few months we will definitely be signing him up for lessons. read more

Teams and parents should think twice before joining this place. Completely corrupt and rigged for their house teams. The refs aren't bad, they're corrupt. The house teams get away with holding, flopping, handballs, and tripping putting your kid in Danger. All this is taught by the House coach who makes up the rules as they go. Including his talks to the ref that last 5 minutes while his team takes a time out. This was a constant theme playing the "House" teams. Cheat to win. House refs, house coach, and house teams all working together. Definitely not an establishment you want your child learning the game of soccer. Stay far away, there are way too many leagues and soccer facilities here in Las Vegas that teach the right wayto play. read more

We loved it here! My kid exceled. The owner and all the in structors were so nice, and we even did some of the summer camps a couple of years ago. Unfortunately they had to move locations, and the new location went further from us and not closer, so we had to stop going. We're still getting used to the new location near the airport, but besides that, we are huge fans of Indoor5. The class times are convenient, our kid can play year-round, rescheduling for makeups is easy and straightforward, coaches we've had so far are encouraging and kind and make soccer fun. Our kids look forward to their soccer classes and have a blast every class. Parking can sometimes be a challenge if you're too early or late, and the staff overall is quite young. We've had some friends leave because they wanted something more competitive for their toddlers - I don't know what to say to that. Great program, looking forward to their future offerings! read more

Look overall the place seems like it has potential. They have nice indoor fields and the staff seem nice enough. The problem and this is a huge problem and a reason many teams are leaving is because they don't put out a schedule in advance. They put out game time and days less than a week prior. It's very difficult to plan your weekend when you never know whether it will land on a Saturday or Sunday or what time. We were told this wasn't going to happen anymore and that the schedule would be put out in advance. Well lo and behold it is a Wednesday night before Father's Day weekend and we are now just finding out that our kids have a game on Sunday midday. So now we either forfeit because half our team already had plans or we all cancel our plans because they can't get their shit together. It should be that difficult. We do plan on moving on next season to another indoor facility just as many others have. read more

I initially started my son here for a trial class of the hoppers class about two years ago. He started off being so shy and always clinged on me before each class start. Two years later and I think we're now on our fourth season. He is social with the coaches and other kids in his class. His soccer skills has greatly improved and listening skills has increased greatly. He even has a competitive side now which is so cute! The coaches are so great and very hardworking. Our all time fave whom contributed to my son's awesome new skill set is Coach Ofelia (Coach O). She is great with kids and she knows how to get their attention in such a kind manner. read more

So I was trying to keep my soccer team busy this summer 2023 I saw this league close to everyone's location and I decide to call nobody answer the phone it has to be by text then I went to the location on Dean Martin I spoke with guy which by the way he was an employee of our first indoor league Longevity unfortunately i forgot he's name but he told me that they were going to call me for the registration . Never happened again I try to contact by text to the number they provide 7028055805 and no answer very unprofessional stuff I hope they get better on communication with customers. Worst Indoor Soccer Place Ever. I'm a youth player so I have the full experience. This place is complete trash. The refereeing is bs and the rules are bs. The referees favor the house teams so damn much. The house teams get to push and shove you around and nothing gets called. Worst experience. Don't take teams registration fees is you're just going to favor the house teams. Big waste of money. Don't waste your money like me and my team did. The fields are too close together and you can't tell which field got the call. Too noisy and they gave an area to workout that is loud too. The refs at the place are a joke! Very disappointed in the referee's at this facility. This is the first time we have had a team come to play here and you can tell there is favoritism with the teams that always play here. We had an extremely rough game yesterday with a lot of pushing from the other team that was not being called. Our kids were even calling it out to the referee and he was doing nothing about it. While pushing is allowed in club soccer the rules of this facility is that it is not allowed. 3 of our players had bad injuries resulting in them having to come off the field for an extended period of time. Our team was not even given a penalty kick in these instances. This is the third game in a row with this unfairness in calling. Indoor 5 needs to get some fair referees. They are not setting a good example of sportsmanship for children. read more

I had a neighbor signing her toddler up for soccer at this location so we thought we would try it out too. I love that they offer a free trial class before you make the commitment and sign up for a whole session. I love the location since it seems like everything is in Summerlin it was nice to have something here in the Southwest. We tried the thumpers class and it went well. The normal teacher had recently quit so it was just a sub. There were quite a lot of "water breaks" for a 50 minute class which is why I took a star off the rating. They would run down and back like three times and then it was time for a water break, it just seemed a little excessive. Other than that though the class was awesome. It is a little on the pricer end so I am waiting til my son is three so he can be in the next class up before we sign. They also had a large workout area behind the classes, I'm not sure what that is used for though. read more

Not only does it offer my son some social time with other toddlers but it teaches him to listen to coach and follow directions. Our son played with an Indoor5 team last summer and he really enjoyed it. Coaches Christian & Brian are awesome and my child's skill level really improved. They have day camps when CCSD is closed for holiday. My youngest son does Little Kickers here too ! Our club team is playing winter league here. The referee Estevan is fantastic. This review is mainly for there new hires / coaches for the little hoppers class . If your enrolling your kids in there classes make sure they are well behaved little soldiers. Because the coaches don't like kids that play around. Hence they are 3 and 4 years old . They will call your child a problem child and say they are putting others in danger. If your not ready nor have the patients to work with kids that is not the job for you!!! Owner and manager were very helpful trying to accommodate with our schedule it just didn't work. I did get their remainder classes refunded, although I must say they really didn't seem to care if they were loosing a customer. We loved there previous coach but she left( and my kids didn't seem to be a disturbance) If you enroll your kids best of luck!! read more
