I live in Canada and my parent's have a home in the Rancho Mirage area where they spend the winter. They were having a technical problem that I couldn't help them with. With them being seniors I am always concerned that people are not patient and understanding of their lack of technical experience. I've been using Desert Cow Computers for over a year & I know I can depend on them when I have a problem. I back up all my work on external drives but when my computer crashed last year I forgot to back up some of my work. I called Desert Cow & they suggested I back up my work on I-drive.
